WW Director of Engineering
As the WW Director of Engineering for Enterprise Networking, Andre is responsible for the development and execution of a global enablement strategy surrounding the Enterprise Networking suite of products and solutions. Prior to being promoted to the Director role, Andre was a Technical Solutions Architect and has been in IT engineering and consulting for his entire career. Andre is a triple CCIE and CCDE, joint certifications held by less than 50 people in the world. Outside of his own personal development, Andre has an equal passion around developing others and assisting them with the certification process. Andre is recognized by the Cisco Learning Network as a subject matter expert in the areas of routing, switching, security and design. Although he wears a Cisco badge, Andre takes a neutral approach in helping clients establish a long term business and technology vision covering necessary strategy, execution and metrics for measuring impact.
APJ Partner Organization
Clarence Barboza is Director, Cisco Partner Organization for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this role, Clarence is primarily responsible for leading, developing and executing the technology and architectures strategy and partner enablement functions for the Cisco partner ecosystem in the APJ region.
Prior to this role, Clarence was responsible for managing and growing Cisco's business with its leading strategic global Systems Integration partner. As a member of Cisco's APJC Channel Partner Organization leadership team, Clarence worked closely with Cisco's sales and channel leaders in APJC and in the Worldwide Sales and Partner Organization to nurture existing partner relationships and drive business growth across all market segments and technology/solution areas.
Clarence joined Cisco a member of Cisco's Asia Pacific Commercial sales development team and helped Cisco drive greater technology adoption for Commercial/Mid Market customers while enabling partners to improve their profitability with Cisco.
Prior to joining Cisco, Clarence was the Regional Marketing leader for Dell's Small and Medium Business segment across India and ASEAN regions.
Clarence has earned an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago and currently resides in Singapore with his wife and two young children.
Vice President, Enterprise Networking Sales, APJ
Chief Technology Officer, APJ
Dave West is the Vice President for Enterprise Networking Sales and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Systems Engineering and Architectures at Cisco Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). He is a fifteen-year Cisco veteran with deep experience across engineering, solutions and sales, leading the thousand systems engineers supporting customers and partners in the Enterprise, Commercial and Service Provider markets. Dave West is one of the greatest advocates of Cisco's networking business and technologies in the region, with a strong vision and understanding of the transitions happening in the market that need to be delivered in Cisco's architecture and solution offerings.
Previously, Dave West was the CTO for Cisco's Worldwide Partner Organization, where he was responsible for working with partners to enable technical excellence in the partner technical community.
Dave has held a variety of other positions at Cisco, including: Sr. Director, Public Sector Systems Engineering and Architectures leading the systems engineers and managers supporting Federal, State and Local Government, Education; Director, Center of Excellence for Public Sector Solutions; Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, Department of Defense and Intelligence; Senior Manager, Advanced Technologies, responsible for voice, security, optical, and wireless engineering and pre-sales support for federal customers and partners.
Dave is a former Marine Officer, graduated from the Virginia Military Institute. He holds an MS in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Joshua McCloud is the switching and security Business Development Manager with Cisco's Asia Pacific Enterprise Networking organization. Joshua works across various industry sectors throughout Asia, using architectural approaches to help customers improve operational effectiveness in cyber security. Joshua has worked for over 19 years in the public and private sector environment supporting customers in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Joshua has deep expertise in the areas of architectural methodologies and frameworks, cyber security, cloud, IP mobility, and military communications systems.
APJ EN Technology and Wireless Lead
With 20 years of experience developing and deploying Wireless and Security technologies, Mark has spent the last decade helping customers and partners across the Asia Pacific theatre leverage Mobility to drive business innovation and disruption.
Mark joined Cisco in 2001 through the Radiata acquisition where he was Director of Software Engineering. As part of Cisco's Wireless Networking Business Unit, he was responsible for the architecture and development team which delivered such technologies as EAP FAST (IETF RFC 4851) and Management Frame Protection (802.11w).
Prior to his involvement in wireless, Mark focused on Intrusion Detection and the application of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to secure networking protocols and services at BBN Technologies.
Through his engineering work, Mark holds 16 patents related to wireless and security.
Mark received his Masters of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of NSW in Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Muninder Singh Sambi

Muninder has a diverse background, with more than 16+ years of industry experience spanning product management, business development, engineering and pre-sales. Muninder is currently a Senior Director, Product Management heading the Switching product strategy team within Cisco, responsible for Catalyst and the Nexus 2K/7K product lines. Prior to this, he led the Enterrpise, Public Sector and Tier 1 market strategy organization for the Enterprise segment. Muninder has an MBA from Santa Clara University and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from India. Muninder has an active CCIE in Routing and Switching and holds 4 patents. He also co-authored the Cisco press book “IPv6 for Enterprise Networks”.

Phil is Director of Enterprise Networks, APJ. He is responsible for Strategy & Planning for EN; and the Refresh initiative across all architectures in APJ.
Prior to this he was on the Cisco Aust/NZ senior leadership team for 9 yrs running Borderless Networks, and Strategy, Planning & Ops.
Before Cisco, Phil was at Alcatel for 12 yrs in various roles - including Telstra Account GM, Business Division GM - Mobiles, Business Division GM - Data & DSL and Program Management of a billion dollar network transformation. He started his career at Marconi Plc as an ASIC designer for data networking equipment.
He has an MBA and Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class Honours) - Communications. Phil is married and has an 18 yr old daughter. He loves relaxing with the family, drinking coffee, driving his car and exercise - when not learning something new!

Rashish has spent most of his career working at the intersection of Marketing, Technology & Business. In his current role as APAC Marketing Director at Cisco systems he is responsible for marketing campaigns across Cisco product portfolio. His team focuses on product launches, awareness & demand generation programs for existing Cisco portfolio and also drives cross portfolio thought leadership initiatives.
Prior to joining Cisco Systems he was APAC Head of Unified Communications & Mobility at British Telecom where he drove product management and marketing initiatives for the new world of work. He has also held marketing leadership positions at Microsoft focusing on revenue growth and market share for key products like Microsoft Office, Visual Studio and driving early adoption of emerging technologies.

Ruma Balasubramanian is the Vice President of Cisco's Partner Organization in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. She is responsible for developing and enabling the growth strategy of Cisco's APJC partner ecosystem, including distributors, global strategic partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators and resellers. Ruma leads a team that collaborates with more than 12,000 partners across the region to drive profitability, growth, and enablement for the partner community. As a member of Cisco's APJ senior leadership team, she works closely with Cisco's Global Partner Organization to scale global channel models to the APJ region, driving business growth across all market segments. In addition to nurturing existing partner relationships, Ruma is also responsible for building the future partnerships needed to deliver compelling value to customers.
Prior to her current role, Ruma was Cisco's Vice President, Sales Enablement, Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC), responsible for operationalizing the APJC growth strategy and served as the executive point of interface for APJC leaders into sales, services, and channel operations. She and her team were accountable for driving the efficiency and quality of operational processes and systems into the region, balancing standardization with localization. She led the change management efforts to transform Cisco's APJC sales and partner model through more direct alignment with global Cisco assets that enable new business, such as briefing centers, proof of concept capabilities, and sales and partner training.
Previously, Ruma was HP's Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Services (ES) for the Asia region based in Singapore, where she had full P&L responsibility for HP's IT Outsourcing, Applications, and Business Process Outsourcing contracts and client relationships in ASEAN, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Prior to this role, Ruma was HP's Vice President, ES Sales for the Asia region, where she was responsible for developing and executing sales plans within the financial services, transportation, government and manufacturing industries. She led a team of 200 sales professionals to grow profitable signings by 50% in three years. Ruma also led sales support and enablement, sales operations, partnerships and alliances, and talent development.
Earlier, Ruma was Industry Sales Director in EDS' Americas region, where she led a sales team that captured several strategic government wins across the U.S. in collaboration with key alliance partners. During her sales career, Ruma earned numerous top performer awards, and she and her teams have been directly responsible for closing US$8 billion in total services contract value. Prior to EDS, Ruma held management consulting roles with AT Kearney and CSC, and worked at IBM as a systems engineer.
Ruma earned an MBA in General Management from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BS in Computer Science from the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Scott Brown leads the Enterprise Segment for Cisco in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). This includes responsibility for Cisco's relationship with its largest Global, Enterprise and Public Sector customers in the region. His organization includes sales, engineering and consulting resources that are experts in Architectures, Verticals and Solutions. His team also leads the entry into new market areas like the Internet of Everything, SaaS, Cloud Networking (Meraki), InterCloud and Software Defined Networking (SDN).
Scott has more than 25 years of business experience in the ICT industry. Scott held several key leadership roles in Cisco, most recently as Vice President of the Technology Solutions and Architectures organization for Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC) where he was responsible for driving architecture product and solution sales across all customer segments and technology areas. Prior to that, Scott led the APJC Partner Business Group with responsibilities for managing relationships with the company's 16,000+ channel partners that drove 93% of revenues across the region.
Before relocating to the region, Scott was Vice President of Worldwide Distribution Sales, where he was responsible for leading and growing Cisco's distribution business from $9.6 billion to $13.8 billion in three years. Prior to this, Scott led Cisco's 1,300 person Worldwide Sales Enablement organisation as Vice President for six years delivering award winning customer-facing experiences and leading development of the Cisco sales force.
Scott also spent eight years in other senior field sales roles leading teams across Enterprise, Commercial and Public Sector, with management responsibility for sales, systems engineering, consulting, administrative, and regional management staff as well as managing partner relationships and marketing activities. Before joining Cisco, Scott held a number of sales management positions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software marketplace and has an extensive knowledge of application software.
Scott has taught in several MBA programs at highly-regarded American universities including the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a master of business administration degree from Loyola University-Chicago. Scott, his wife Sara and their four children reside in Singapore.

Tim Gruver, Sr. Director for Cisco's Enterprise Solutions Office, is chartered with leading a newly created function inside Cisco that focuses on bringing customer relevant, scalable solutions that can help customers achieve their business outcomes. The solutions offices focuses on ensuring a deep level of engagement across the Cisco functions with the relevant product and services business units, operational supporting functions and the various field and theater resources. A key focus for the organization is driving global scale through the Cisco and partner selling organizations through accelerated GTM motions.
Prior to this role he led the US Enterprise Business Transformation team, where he spent four years leading the sales engineering and GTM activities around solutions, business architecture, partner enablement, and incubation of new capabilities.
Gruver has a deep background in software development, consulting, solution management, market creation, technology and architectural platforms, Partner Ecosystem development, sales management, and creating new areas of business for customers.
Gruver shares a viewpoint that Cisco has the capabilities and solutions to solve compelling IT activities and the products/solutions, along with a unique go-to-market approach, to bridge the gap between IT and business. Tim believes that through a holistic architectural approach we drive new innovation to customers and achieve it in accelerated, lower cost methods.
Leading complex technology organizations and creating new industry models began when Gruver was at Microsoft, where he spent 10 years in solution management, engineering and creation of new global markets for Microsoft that continue to thrive. Prior to Microsoft, Tim gained a deep technology consulting background from more than seven years at Accenture in global technology consulting.
Tim earned a bachelor's degree in MIS.

Chandro is a Director, Product Management in Cisco Enterprise Networking group, driving product, architectural strategy and vision for Cisco's NG Branch encompassing Software Defined WAN (SD WAN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) across Cisco's $4B Enterprise Routing platforms.
Throughout his product management career he has honed the art of capturing trends early to drive innovation and hold multiple patents in the areas of WAN, IoT, Internet & Cloud architectures. Chandro's early career in software engineering and technical marketing roles provided the foundation upon which he developed deep expertise across global Enterprise, Service Providers, Cloud Solutions, Wireless/IoT and Network Services. Chandro has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University. An avid sports and animal lover, Chandro loves to spend time outdoors.
Jan Van de Laer
Jan Van de Laer Director Enterprise Networks at Cisco. He joined Cisco in October 2010 as a BDM for Network Management and was responsible for Cisco's Network Management got to market strategy. In his current role, Jan is primarily responsible driving Mobility and Software (Prime Infrastructure and CMX) into Cisco's market space.

Jatin Sachdeva has been working at Cisco as an Information Security Specialist for the last 10 years and is currently a Security Architect & Field Advisor for Cisco Australia and New Zealand.
In his Security Architect role, he works with Cisco's large and strategic clients in the region designing security solutions and architectures. As Field Advisor, Jatin is also actively involved with Cisco's product teams providing guidance on the security strategy and product futures. He has been in the security industry for a total of 14 years. Prior to joining Cisco, Jatin has worked for Nokia Enterprise Solutions and HCL Technologies.
Jatin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and also holds SANS' GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) and GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) Certifications. Steve Briscoe is a Senior Business Development Manager for the Asia Pacific & Japan Partner Organisation. He is responsible for the Sales Enablement strategy for Cisco Channel Partners. The channel enablement team interfaces with partners to understand their challenges and works with Cisco Architecture Sales teams to insure we have sales capability for Cisco's latest products and solutions across Asia Pacific & Japan.
Steve is a 15 year veteran at Cisco and an innovative action-oriented senior executive with market expertise that spans over 24 years across information technology markets. He is an expert in formulating and structuring complex vertical solutions that support client communication strategies and address customer business challenges. He also has extensive channel partner experience including on boarding, enablement and business development.
Before joining Cisco, Steve was the Technical Director and General Manager at APR Internet Service Provider where he was responsible for the Service Provider Infrastructure architecture, engineering team and Go to Market Strategy. Prior to APR, he was General Manager of the Internet Division for Logicalis Australia.

Anupam Upadhyaya is Senior Manager for Market Strategy for Enterprise Networking. Anupam has a diverse background, with more than 18 years of experience spanning product management, engineering and market strategy in diverse technologies such as wireless, switching and routing. Anupam joined Cisco from Aerohive where he drove the Cloud and Branch on Demand strategy for Aerohive, leading to successful IPO. Prior to Aerohive Anupam led Aruba's wireless branch strategy and brought Aruba Instant to market. Prior to that Anupam help multiple product management and engineering positions at Cisco and Wipro. Anupam has an MBA in marketing and finance from SCU, and a Bachelors in Computer Science from IIT, Varanasi.
APJ Vertical Practices Team
Our APJ Vertical Practices team focuses on developing strategic initiatives to support the enablement of the Cisco sales forces in driving Line of Business conversations to deliver customer business outcomes. The team's key initiative centres around the development of APJ Vertical Communities for the key industries of Financial Services, Manufacturing, Government and Education, with supporting initiatives in the development of vertical positioning of Cisco horizontal solutions, validation of Cisco solutions through Lighthouse projects, and the development of internal and external Cisco vertical thought leadership and messaging.
The APJ Vertical Practices team is led by Andrew Thomson, supported by Lead Vertical Practice Principals and Solutions Architects in the four verticals. Pete leads Cisco Meraki's worldwide sales organization, responsible for end customer, channel, and service provider sales. Prior to taking on the global sales responsibility, Pete ran Cisco Meraki's channel and service provider team, responsible for channel sales, distribution, partner technical enablement, and integration with Cisco's partner programs. Pete led Meraki's channel program prior to the acquisition by Cisco, and joined Cisco through the $1.2B acquisition of Meraki in December 2012.
Prior to Meraki, Pete worked his way through the ranks of the management consulting industry, designing and leading engagements for some of the world's largest companies such as General Electric, General Motors, and Duke Energy. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Stanford.

Global Systems Engineering, Cisco Meraki
Rob Casselman is the Senior Director for Global Systems Engineering at Cisco Meraki. Rob joined Cisco in 2014 and currently manages a team of 80+ super talented Meraki pre-sales engineers. Previously, he held the position of Senior Manager at Accenture, delivering projects for Fortune 100 companies in the areas of IT strategy, large-scale network transformation, and enterprise mobility. Prior to that, Rob ran a wireless internet service provider in Chicago until it was acquired in 2005. Rob obtained his degree from the University of Chicago and currently lives with his wife and two cats in San Francisco.

Prashanth Shenoy is a Senior Director of Enterprise Networks, leading Cisco's core network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless) portfolio marketing, Unified Access, Intelligent WAN, and Enterprise Mobility solutions such as Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX) marketing. Previously he was responsible for marketing strategies and initiatives for Enterprise Cloud, Routing and WAN Optimization. He's also led the product marketing teams for key IOS technologies for Enterprises and Service Providers, including technologies such as MPLS, IPv6, QoS, and multicast. Prashanth joined Cisco in 2000 as part of the core engineering team that designed and developed the routing and forwarding engines for the Cisco's flagship Catalyst 6500 Series of switches.
Prashanth has more than 15 years of enterprise hardware and software industry experience and has represented Cisco in various industry, press, analyst, and customer events.

Ghazal Asif leads Cisco Meraki's Global Channel sales organization responsible for the growth and enablement of top tier partners across EMEA, North America & APJ. Q: Are substitutions allowed?
A: No, substitutions are not allowed. The Cisco Enterprise Networking Partner Connection is an invitation-only event. A substitute has to be submitted for consideration through your Cisco partner development manager. If approved, a personal invitation will be sent to the substitute instructing him or her to register for the event.
Q: May I register on behalf of another person?
A: No, registration on behalf of another person is not allowed.
Q: Do I need to wear my badge during the entire conference?
A: Yes, badges must be worn during the entire event, including meal functions and evening social activities, so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of the conference.
Q: May I bring a guest? What functions are guests allowed to attend?
A: Unfortunately spouses or guests are not permitted to attend any sessions, social events, or meal functions.

A: Business casual attire is appropriate for event sessions. For evening activities, casual attire is appropriate.

A: The official language of the conference is English, and all sessions will be presented in English.

Your hotel reservations must be booked through the hotel reservations link provided in the Cisco Enterprise Networking Partner Connection registration system to enjoy the special group rates. (Special note: Room rates quoted in this link are in USD. For payment using credit card, room rate will be converted to IDR based on hotel's rate of exchange on day of payment subjected to currency fluctuation.)
The room rate for Cisco Enterprise Networking Partner Connection attendees at the THE MULIA – NUSA DUA, BALI is USD215 nett for single/ double occupancy on a nightly basis and only applicable from November 12 – 23, 2015.
Hotel cancellation policy: Do note that a full non-refundable payment will be charged to your credit card from October 21 onwards. Charges will be levied for any cancellation made after October 21, 2015. In the event that you fail to arrive at the hotel or cancel the booking after October 21, a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire stay of the room will be charged to your credit card. No refund and replacement is permitted.
