Rajinder Singh

Rebecca Jacoby
Senior Vice President, Operations

Rebecca Jacoby is Senior Vice President of Operations at Cisco. She was promoted to the role in July 2015 and is responsible for driving profitable growth and enabling operational excellence.  She oversees the supply chain, global business services, security and trust, and IT organizations. A Cisco veteran of 20 years, Rebecca is known for her strong track record of operational excellence, innovative problem solving, and talent development. She was recently inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine and was recognized by Forbes as a “Superstar” CIO” in 2012.

In her former role as the company’s Chief Information Officer, she made the Cisco IT organization a strategic business partner, producing significant business value for Cisco in the form of financial performance, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market share, and productivity. Her strong commitment to operational excellence and aptitude for partnering cross-functionally have reshaped and elevated the role of IT at Cisco, resulting in great synergies of IT and Engineering through a history of Cisco on Cisco deployments.

Since joining Cisco in 1995, Jacoby has held a variety of leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, and IT. Prior to joining Cisco, Jacoby held a variety of planning and operations positions with other companies in Silicon Valley.

Jacoby serves on the Board of Directors for S&P Global and Second Harvest Food Bank. She is also active in supporting initiatives dedicated to women and girls in STEM.

She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of the Pacific and a master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University.

Dave West leads the Architectures Business in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), which includes all the sales, solutions and engineering teams that are part of Cisco’s business units - Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Collaboration and Security.

Dave has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, sixteen of which at Cisco. His deep experience and knowledge position Dave as one of the greatest advocates of Cisco’s technologies and networking business, which he continues to lead in the APJ region. Dave also nurtures close relationships with customers and partners, yielding a strong vision and understanding of the market transitions that need to be delivered in Cisco’s architecture and solution offerings.

Before reallocating to Asia, Dave West was the CTO for Cisco’s Worldwide Partner Organization, where he was responsible for working with partners to enable technical excellence in the partner technical community.

During his time at Cisco, Dave has held other key leadership roles, including: Sr. Director, Public Sector Systems Engineering and Architectures leading the systems engineers and managers supporting Federal, State and Local Government, Education; Director, Center of Excellence for Public Sector Solutions; Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, Department of Defense and Intelligence; Senior Manager, Advanced Technologies, responsible for voice, security, optical, and wireless engineering and presales support for federal customers and partners.

Dave is a former Marine Officer, graduated from the Virginia Military Institute. He holds an MS in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Vipul Shah

Regional Director, Asia Pacific & Japan

Vipul is currently responsible for Growth Businesses at Intel in the areas of Data Center, Cloud, Big-data/Analytics, Network Transformation and IOT with strategic OEM partners across Asia Pacific and Japan.

In his 19 year regional career at Intel, Vipul has held a breadth of roles notably:

  • Director of Channel, System Integrator and ODM Business Development in the areas of HPC, Storage, Mobility and SMB verticals
  • Distribution Revenue and Channel Sales across 40+ Distributors and 15000+ Channel partners
  • Regional Platforms and Technical Sales for pre-sales enablement, launch and ramp of major Intel products, platforms, solutions, software and services
  • Market & Business Development for Modular Communications, Compact PCI™, AdvancedTCA™, Carrier Grade Linux, Embedded and SA Forum initiatives at 3G Telecom & Network OEMs
  • Product Marketing Manager for Intel’s high-density Server Platforms, Xeon® Processors, Enterprise Caching and Security Appliances for the DOT.COM and Hosting Service Provider segments
  • Regional Technical Marketing lead for white-box & BYO platforms

Prior to Intel, he was with Compaq Computers managing their Enterprise Servers Systems Engineering efforts for the Asia Pacific region.

Outside of work, Vipul loves to walk (chalked up 1800kms over the last 9 months), spend quality time with family and is an aspiring “maker”.

Vipul holds an honors degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Casey Yoon is a regional sales manager for Cisco Systems, driving enterprise network and mobility solutions for large enterprises in ASEAN. Based in Singapore, Casey has been with Cisco for 10+ years and held numerous leadership positions at Cisco as a senior product manager and sales business development manager in San Jose, California. Casey is a 17-year veteran in the information technology field with extensive experiences in product management, sales and business development.

Prior to Cisco, Casey held senior level positions at BlackBerry in Singapore, LG Electronics in Korea and AT&T in the United States. Casey has a bachelors degree in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology and MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Joshua McCloud is the switching and security Business Development Manager with Cisco's Asia Pacific Enterprise Networking organization. Joshua works across various industry sectors throughout Asia, using architectural approaches to help customers improve operational effectiveness in cyber security. Joshua has worked for over 19 years in the public and private sector environment supporting customers in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Joshua has deep expertise in the areas of architectural methodologies and frameworks, cyber security, cloud, IP mobility, and military communications systems.

Raj is currently a Product Sales Specialist in Cisco’s Enterprise Networking Group in ASEAN. His primary focus is on Branch Agility and Integrated Solutions within the Service Router portfolio. Raj has been with Cisco for over 14 years in various roles including Strategic Partnerships and Data Center Group, focusing on solutions with Customers and Partners by leveraging new technologies. Raj has over 25 years of Information Technology experience.

Henry Ong

Henry Ong brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the Information Security industry. He has vast experiences across a broad range of industries and businesses, providing invaluable technical expertise in the sales cycle.

He is currently a SE Manager at Cisco, leading the ASEAN Consulting SE team to drive Security sales by supporting the technical needs of customers and channel partners. He came on board of Cisco via the acquisition of Sourcefire in 2013. In his 7 years’ role as the Regional SE Director for Sourcefire, Henry was involved in numerous successful design and implementation of security solutions for many large enterprises in the ASEAN and North Asia regions.

Alfred Tan works in Cisco as the Sales Director of Operations and leads the Data Center & Cloud sales across ASEAN countries. With over 22 years of experience, he has worked for a number of great companies including Oracle and HP. Alfred is experienced in both Enterprise and Commercials sales and has led various senior roles in technical, consulting and managerial positions. Alfred graduated as an engineer with a research focus in semiconductor electronics and continues to be keen how Information Technology digitizes business today


Prasad Radhakrishnan
Technical Solution Architect

Prasad Radhakrishnan has over 24 years of experience in the ICT industry with specific expertise in the Datacenter infrastructure . He is currently a Technical Solution Architect for Cisco Systems and supports customers and partners across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. In his current capacity, he works as a lead architect for all solutions around on the Cisco Unified Computing System platform .

He joined Cisco Systems in 2009 and was part of the team that drove the UCS adoption in this region . Prior to Cisco, he worked in Hewlett Packard for around 11 years in a variety of different roles including technical services , consulting services and presales .

Lau Seng Kiam (SK) leads the presales consulting team in Southeast Asia since October 2014. As the regional technical and consulting authority in NetApp data management solutions, he and his team work very closely with customers, channel partners, strategic business alliances, NetApp sales team, corporate marketing, product groups and the international presales community to deliver the best possible customer experience and services for NetApp solutions.

SK has more than twenty years of presales consulting, marketing and project management experience in enterprise IT. Prior to joining NetApp, he led the Asia Pacific presales consulting team in Quantum Corporation, the enterprise storage marketing team in Fujitsu Asia, and the presales consulting team in Computer Sciences Corporation.

Eric Lo

Eric runs the technology alliance and strategic development across APAC for F5 Networks with focus on 3 key technology areas – Next Gen Infrastructure, Security and Cloud. At F5, we believe that the best way to realize values for our end-users and partners is to establish joint solutions & reference architecture with our alliance partners, so that customers can expect an optimized, high performance F5 components within key technology platform, where deployment can be seamless and future compatibility is ensured. With over 15 years' experience in service management, application development and software sales, Geoff joined Cisco in 2011 after roles at BMC Software, Compuware and an Internet start-up in Singapore.

Geoff has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Australia.

Steve has a long history in the Telecommunications industry spanning over 28 years, with the last 16 years spent working in the Asia Pacific Market.

During this time, Steve has held roles covering such diverse areas as Solutions Marketing, Product management, Sales, Strategy development and Alliance Management. He has launched some of the most exciting and innovative technology platforms in the Collaboration and Contact Centre industry and worked closely with many large organisations across Asia Pacific to bring effective change to their business.

In his current role as Head of Market development for Cisco Collaboration in APJ, Steve drives overall business and segment strategy for the complete Cisco Collaboration Portfolio .

Krishna Prasad Jayaprakash
Conferencing Product Sales Specialist, Cisco ASEAN

Krishna Prasad Jayaprakash is the Regional Manager (ASEAN) for Team Collaboration & Cloud Conferencing Services at Cisco Systems. He has served in key sales and business development roles across South East Asia, Korea & India, delivering conferencing solutions spanning all modalities (audio, web, video) and consumption models leveraging the best of Cloud and On-premise infrastructure. With a sound understanding of cloud dynamics gained from a decade long association with SaaS based collaboration services, he continues to successfully transition customers to next-gen Collaboration platforms built to complement the needs of the modern day Knowledge worker.

Krishna holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and lives with his wife and kids in Singapore.

A leader in the APJ Enterprise Sales organization, Don heads the APJ Enterprise Solutions Practice, responsible for the deployment of business oriented IT infrastructure offers. Don’s team enables Cisco to deliver technology building blocks upon which customers can achieve targeted business outcomes in the areas of improving Customer Experience and Workforce Experience. This remit includes the development of partner ecosystems aligned to Cisco’s Enterprise Solutions Portfolio.

Educated in Electronics Engineering, Don is also a member of the Association of Strategic Alliances Professionals achieving the top designation of Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) in July, 2011. He completed an executive education program at London Business School ‘Leading Businesses into the Future’ in 2015 and has attended a class on Strategic Alliances at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Kenneth Chong

With more than 15 years of experience in Unified Communications, Contact Center and Collaboration Technologies, Kenneth is well-versed in consultancy, integration,deployment and enabling end-user adoption of end-to-end enterprise voice and video communications and contact center solutions across Asia Pacific. With his knowledge and experience with the business operations required for an integrated communications practice, Kenneth has also worked closely with business process organizations such as outsourced contact centers in delivering top-notch services to their customers and end-users.
