When is the Cisco Partner Insight Program being held?
The Cisco Partner Insight Program will be held on Tuesday 17 March 2015 with an optional complimentary ticket for Wednesday 18 March – Friday 20 March, to attend the remainder of Cisco Live via the ‘Explorer Pass’.

How much does it cost to attend Cisco Partner Insight?
There is no attendance fee for attending Cisco Partner Insight or for the 'Cisco Live Explorer Pass' at Cisco Live.

Delegates will be required to pay for the following where required:

Airfare / travel costs to Melbourne
Transfer costs to and from Melbourne Airports
Hotel accommodation in Melbourne
Hotel incidentals, and
Any other expenses incurred

Who may attend Cisco Partner Insight?
Cisco Partner Insight Program is an exclusive, invitation only event. You have been specifically selected by Cisco to attend.

I'm unable to attend Cisco Partner Insight. Can I nominate someone to attend on my behalf?
The Cisco Partner Insight Program is an invitation only event and invitations are not generally transferable. However, if you believe that your nominated replacement has a similar job role, please contact us.

Why is attendance at the Cisco Partner Insight Program"by invitation only"?
Part of the value of this type of program is the dialogue with partners, Cisco and corporate leaders. To preserve the value of the program, attendance is targeted to senior executives from selected partner organisations.

Does registration for the Cisco Partner Insight Program include access to Cisco Live Melbourne 2015?
The Cisco Partner Insight Program is complimentary for invited guests. In addition to the Cisco Partner Insight Program held on Tuesday 17 March, you will be issued with a complimentary 'Cisco Live Explorer Pass’ for Wednesday 18 March – Friday 20 March which includes access to:
  • Cisco Live Keynotes (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Cisco Live Industry and Technology Super Sessions and Partner Case Studies (Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Access to Cisco Live World of Solutions (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
  • Access to Cisco Live Walk in Self Paced Labs and Certification Testing (Conditions Apply, please visit the Cisco Live website for more information)

Please note: The Explorer Pass does not include access to any Cisco Live breakout sessions from Tuesday through Friday, and does not include the Customer Appreciation Event, or Cisco Live Technical Seminars. You can upgrade your pass to an Explorer Plus Pass or Full Conference Pass during registration should you want access to these areas.

Am I expected to attend all sessions and social functions?
Yes, you will be expected to attend all sessions. However, should you be unavailable for any sessions and/or activities, please indicate this on your registration form.

What is the Cisco Australia and New Zealand Partner Insight Awards Dinner?
The Awards dinner will be held on Tuesday 17 March at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Awards dinner is an opportunity for the Australia and New Zealand Cisco Partner organisation to recognise partners. Don't miss out on what is promised to be fun filled evening including dinner and entertainment.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for the daytime sessions is business casual. The dress code for the Awards Dinner is smart casual.

Can I bring my partner and/or children?
You are welcome to bring your partner and/or children to Melbourne. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your invitation to include partners or spouses at either the conference or evening events.
