Cisco Connect is a full day event which will be held in Auckland on 6 December 2016. It will be held at the Hilton Hotel at Princes Wharf, 147 Quay Street, Auckland. Go to the Aquamarine room on level one.


What's the venue for Cisco Connect in Wellington on 8 December 2016?
Cisco Connect is a full day event which will be held in Wellington on 8 December 2016. It will be held at the Intercontinental Wellington at 2 Grey Street, Wellington. Go to the Lambton Ballroom on level one.


Will the agenda for the events in Auckland and Wellington be the same?
Yes. We'll have the same agenda for both events, although the speakers may change. We're hosting Cisco Connect in two different cities, so you have the flexibility to choose the event that best suits you. View the event agenda.


Is there a cost to attend Cisco Connect?
No. Attendance at Cisco Connect is free, and includes the full day program, lunch, morning tea, afternoon tea and a networking reception at the end of the day. You will need to make your own transport arrangements to and from the venue at your own cost.


Who should attend Cisco Connect?
Attendance at Cisco Connect is by invitation only. You’ll hear from both business and technical experts, so join us if you’re from a line of business that’s looking to go digital, or has already started the journey. IT teams helping to drive transformation should also attend, and the afternoon sessions will allow you to have deep discussions about technical solutions and challenges. Why should I attend Cisco Connect?
Connect with experts and hear perspectives on how to accelerate your digital transformation journey. Hear about the challenges you may face and how others have overcome them. And see how organisations on the journey are leveraging technology investments they've already made.


I won't be able to attend Cisco Connect. Can I nominate a colleague to go along on my behalf?
Cisco Connect is an invitation only event, and invitations and registrations are generally not transferable. If you’d like a nominated representative to attend as they hold a similar role to you, please get in touch via email


I won't be able to attend for the full day. Can I just attend for part of the program?
Yes. In the morning sessions, you'll hear perspectives from business experts on how to take your own digital transformation journey. While in the afternoon, our technical experts will facilitate deep discussions about how to build the foundation for digital transformation. If you'd just like to attend the morning session, you're welcome to leave the event after lunch.


Can I schedule a meeting with the keynote speakers during the event?
To ensure that everyone at Cisco Connect has the opportunity to interact with our speakers, we won't be scheduling any formal meetings. There will be opportunities for discussions with speakers during the morning and afternoon tea breaks and over lunch.


What's the dress code?
The dress code for Cisco Connect is business casual.


Is there parking available at the Cisco Connect venues?
The venues in Auckland and Wellington have valet parking, and public car parks are also nearby. At the Hilton Hotel in Auckland, limited valet parking is available for $45 per day, and there is a public car park at Wilsons Princes Wharf. At the Intercontinental Wellington, there is a special valet parking rate of $20 per day for Cisco Connect attendees. There is also a Wilsons public car park next to the hotel.
