What hotels are available in Melbourne?
The preferred conference hotel is Hilton Melbourne South Wharf as it is within walking distance to the Showtime Events Centre. You will be required to book direct with the hotel via the link above. 

How much does it cost to attend Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium?
There is no attendance fee for the Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium
Delegates will be required to pay for the following where required:
- Airfare travel costs to and from Melbourne
- Transfer costs to and from Melbourne Airports
- Transfer costs to and from Sketch (Symposium Dinner on Wednesday 15 June) if you are not travelling from the Hilton South Wharf
- Hotel accommodation and incidentals in Melbourne

Who may attend the Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium?
The Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium is an exclusive, invitation only event. You have been specifically chosen by Cisco to attend.

I'm unable to attend the Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium. Can I nominate someone to attend on my behalf?
The Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium is an invitation only event and invitations are not generally transferable. However, if you believe that your nominated replacement has a similar job role, please contact us.

Why is attendance at the conference "by invitation only"?
Part of the value of this type of Collaboration program is the peer to peer dialogue with industry colleagues and Cisco. To preserve the value of the program, attendance is targeted to those responsible for Workplace Transformation in their organisation and who are leading the transformation roadmap across business, workplace culture and technology.

Can I schedule a meeting with the Keynote Speakers during the event?
To ensure that everyone at Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium has the opportunity to interact with the Keynote Speakers, we will not be scheduling any formal meetings. There will be many opportunities for discussions with speakers during the event breaks and the social functions.

Will transportation be provided to the Symposium Dinner on Wednesday evening?
Yes there will be transfers to and from the Hilton South Wharf to the Symposium Dinner and more information, will be provided closer to the event.

Am I expected to attend all sessions and the social function?
Yes, you will be expected to attend all sessions at Cisco Workspace Transformation Symposium. However, should you be unavailable for any sessions and/or activities, please indicate this on your registration form.

What is the Dress Code?
The dress code for the daytime sessions is Business Casual. The dress code for evening events is Smart Casual.

Can I bring my partner and/or children?
You are welcome to bring your partner and/or children to Melbourne. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your invitation to include partners or spouses at either the conference or evening event.

Is there parking available at the Conference Venue?
There are 2,500 car parks at DFO South Wharf car park which is located just to the south behind Showtime. You can enter the car park from Montague Street or Normanby Road. After parking, walk towards the river and turn left, Showtime is the last venue on the promenade.
