How much does it cost to attend Data Centre Innovation Day?
There is no attendance fee for the Data Centre Innovation Day.
Delegates will be required to pay for the following where required:

Airfare travel costs to Melbourne
Transfer costs to and from Melbourne Airports
Hotel accommodation in Melbourne
Hotel incidentals

Who may attend the Data Centre Innovation Day?
The Data Centre Innovation Day is an exclusive, invitation only event. You have been specifically chosen by Cisco to attend.

I'm unable to attend the Data Centre Innovation Day. Can I nominate someone to attend on my behalf?
The Data Centre Innovation Day is an invitation only event and invitations are not generally transferable. However, if you believe that your nominated replacement has a similar job role, please contact us.

Why is attendance at the conference "by invitation only"?
Due to limited tickets available for this program, it is by invitation only.

Does the registration for Data Centre Innovation Day include access to Cisco Live?
The Data Centre Innovation Day is complimentary for invited guests and includes access to Cisco Live Melbourne, where you will be able to attend keynote and breakout sessions, World of Solutions and evening functions.
Guests are more than welcome to attend any part of Cisco Live Melbourne that does not coincide with the Data Centre Innovation Day agenda.

Can I schedule a meeting with the Keynote Speakers during the event?
To ensure that everyone at the Data Centre Innovation Day has the opportunity to interact with the Keynote Speakers, we will not be scheduling any formal meetings. There will be many opportunities for discussions with speakers during the event breaks and the social functions.

Will transportation be provided to the Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening?
To be confirmed.

Am I expected to attend all sessions and social functions?
Yes, you will be expected to attend all sessions at the Data Centre Innovation Day. However, should you be unavailable for any sessions and/or activities, please indicate this on your registration form.

What is the Dress Code?
The dress code for the daytime sessions is Business Casual. The dress code for evening events is Smart Casual.

Can I bring my partner and/or children?
You are welcome to bring your partner and/or children to Melbourne. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your invitation to include partners or spouses at either the conference or evening events.
