Jeff Allen is a Technical Solutions Architect on Cisco's Worldwide Data Centre team where he focuses on future product direction and strategic DC opportunities. He joined Cisco from Hewlett Packard in 2009 after spending 12 years there where he focused on the server and networking product lines. Jeff holds various industry certifications and has a strong background in working, storage, and server technologies. He is the author of the blog JeffSaidSo.com and lives in Atlanta, Georgia (USA) with his wife Angie and their 3 children who keep them busy with baseball, swimming, crossfit, and various other activities.

Gordon Graylish is vice president of the Sales and Marketing Group and general manager of the Enterprise Solution Sales division at Intel Corporation. The mission of Enterprise Solution Sales is to work with the world's largest enterprises and Governments and create business value through the effective adoption of Information Technology Best practice and Innovative use of Technology.

Before assuming his current role, Graylish held the position of vice president of Intel Europe, Middle East and Africa and deputy general manager for the region. Graylish's expertise includes the areas of technological development, the disruptive impact of technology and the affect these have on corporate strategies and society.

Graylish joined Intel's Canadian operation in 1982 and held a variety of sales and marketing positions there until 1994 when he transferred to Intel's headquarters in Santa Clara. There he held a number of marketing management roles.

In 1998 he became director of Intel Architecture marketing for EMEA based in the United Kingdom. Graylish was responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans as Intel moved into many new markets and product areas. From 2002 to 2004 he was responsible for Intel's communications business, driving the sales and marketing of communications silicon products and solutions to wireless handset, network infrastructure and embedded computing customers. In 2004 he transitioned to directing Intel's marketing and technical resources in EMEA before Becoming Deputy General Manager of the Region.

Soni Jiandani

Soni Jiandani serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Insieme Business Unit at Cisco. Insieme is building next generation data center solutions with its Software Defined Networking vision - Application Centric Infrastructure - and is responsible for Cisco's Merchant and Merchant Plus Switching Portfolio, including the Nexus 3000 and 9000 portfolios. Insieme had been an outside venture until November 2013 when the team rejoined Cisco. Soni Is driven to deliver a dynamic, agile, fast, secure, scalable, reliable infrastructure that can respond to automation and meet the needs and demands of tomorrow's applications.

Soni has been a key member of the entrepreneurial teams that developed everything from the Nexus 5000 to Cisco's Unified Computing System. Prior to Insieme, Soni was the Senior Vice President for Cisco's Server Access Virtualization Technology Group. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the Cisco-wide strategy for Data Center Access and virtualization solutions, including Unified Computing System and Unified Fabric (Nexus 2K-5K portfolio). Under her leadership, this portfolio grew to a multi-billion dollar business and today enjoys the #1 spot in U.S. market share and #2 in Europe.

Tommi Salli

Tommi Salli, who was born and raised in Finland, has close to 20 years of experience working with computers. He has extensive server and application background from companies like SUN Microsystems and VERITAS Software, which later got bought by Symantec from where he moved to Nuova Systems that got bought by Cisco. He has held different positions from Sales Engineer to Technology Scouting in the office of CTO from product management to architect and during his journey, he has been responsible for multiple patent applications and holds three US patents. Tommi started his career in Finland, and then moved to Silicon Valley and is currently working for Cisco systems in Switzerland as a Distinguished Technical Marketing Engineer in Server Access and Virtualisation Group.
