Datacraft India achieves the distinction of being the First Master Specialized Unified Communication Partner in APAC
Mumbai, May 23, 2007 - Cisco, the world leader in networking today announced Datacraft India as their first Master Specialized Unified Communications Partner in the Asia Pacific region. With this appointment, Datacraft India becomes the 5th partner worldwide to have been awarded this highest level of certification on Unified Communications (UC) by Cisco.

The Master Specialized Unified Communication certification follows a stringent process requiring partner in demonstrating technology, business value and service efficiency. The criterion of selection and fulfillment includes a pool of qualified technology specialists in the area of Advanced Unified Communications including UCCE, CCIE Voice and PMI (PMP) certifications. As part of this Audit, they demonstrated a business situation positioning all components of Cisco Unified Communications mapping to customer’s business challenges. The Audit also verified Datacraft’s alignment to Cisco’s lifecycle services framework with special focus on the “Operate” phase. This entire exercise was carried out at their state of the at GSC (Global Services Center) NOC in Bangalore where they remote manage and maintain their customer’s network. The complete audit is undertaken by an external agency which assesses and validates the partner across all above mentioned criterions before awarding the UC specializations.
