Cisco Appoints Pramodh Menon as Vice President-Channels, India & SAARC
Shirish Joshi promoted to Head of Channels and Commercial Operations, Cisco, South Asia Operations
Mumbai, August 17, 2005 - Cisco, the global leader in networking for the Internet, today announced the appointment of Pramodh Menon as Vice President-Channels, India & SAARC. Pramodh takes over from Shirish Joshi, who moves on to his new role as Head of Channels and Commercial Operations, Cisco, South Asia.
Pramodh Menon has more than 12 years of industry experience with more than seven years in Cisco India. He was most recently Vice President - Strategy & Operations, Cisco India, before which he worked in various sales and channel management positions in Cisco.
Prior to starting his career in Cisco in 1998, Pramodh was with Cabletron Systems and Wipro Ltd.

Pramodh and Shirish have worked closely with senior management to help shape and effectively drive our channel strategy across the region. Pramodh is an Electronics Engineer and also holds an MBA in marketing.
