As part of the weekly maintenance, each Sunday, from 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time, these functions may be unavailable:
New Address creation: Users will not be able to perform any functions that require new address creation.
Ordering a quote where the Bill-to ID and Site ID are not the same: Users will not be able to order a quote where the business entity of the Bill-to ID and Site ID are not the same.
Address Search without a Site ID: Users who do not have a Site ID will not be able to search to create a quote.
New Quote: User will not be able to see Software Subscriptions. Users will still be able to access the Technical Services list of values.
Existing Software Subscription Quotes: User will get run-time errors during Validate and Save or Submit Order transaction.. Users will still be able to access and submit the Technical Services quotes.
