As the world celebrates International Women’s Day on March 8th every year, Cisco believes in placing the spotlight on Women in technology in March through our annual ‘Women of Impact’ conference, which is the consolidation of two of Cisco’s premier women’s events: International Women’s Day and the Women in Tech Forum. Cisco is proud to host the‘Women of Impact 2016 Conference’once again on March 10, 2016 at our Dubai offices. This conference is a powerful reminder of the power of diversity in our business.
The Women of Impact 2016 is a full day conference devoted to the development and advancement of professional women, powered by Cisco's Office of Inclusion and Collaboration in partnership with the Connected Women ERO. The conference is designed to provide ideas and insights, help women connect, and encourage them to reach for more and become extraordinary.
Following the success of the conference last year, where we encouraged almost 5000 women across 80 sites globally to ‘Be Fearless’ by investing in themselves and taking risks that could drive them further than ever before, this year we are encouraging women to ‘Be Unstoppable’ by motivating them to be empowered and inspired to reach their personal goals.Being Unstoppable means that – no matter what – your vision, your dreams, your passions win.
The Women of Impact 2016 conference will be held at multiple Cisco sites around the world reaching over 8,500 people including many customers and partners. The event aims to help women in the IT field gain practical knowledge to help their careers as well as expand their professional network.
The pace of change and innovation is accelerating faster than ever before, requiring a new approach to the way we work, live, play and learn. Today, women must take risks, overcome obstacles, and blaze new trails to be successful.Join us at our Dubai office for the Women of Impact 2016 conference to:
