Communication Options

Register - Make sure you are getting your Learning@Cisco emails and newsletters.

If you are signed up for the Learning@Cisco newsletter or email communications, or the Cisco Learning Network Store Newsletter or email communications, but aren't getting them, this may be why:

Learning@Cisco is part of Cisco, and that means we need to respect any choices you have made at the Cisco company-wide level, to receive communications from Cisco. If you've opted out from communications with Cisco in the past, then Learning@Cisco will not be able to send you email. Here are directions for checking, and changing, your communication opt-in status at Cisco and at Learning@Cisco.

Visit the Cisco Subscription Center:

  1. Log in.
  2. Click "Yes" for the statement "I would like to receive e-mail from Cisco regarding all products, promotions, events, and more."
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.

And then, if you are currently Cisco Certified, visit the Certification Tracking System:

  1. Log in.
  2. Click "Update Personal Information" on the left navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the opt in/out question and select "Yes" to opt yourself into Learning@Cisco communications.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
