Applying Cisco Specialized Business Value Analysis Skills (BTASBVA)

This course builds practical skills on solutions- and outcome-based selling approaches. Self-study modules, instructor facilitated discussion and exercises cover the full sales process, from prospecting through winning deals and spurring adoption and usage.

It includes new modules covering Cisco's unique outcome-based selling approach (steps). These steps were defined with pipeline growth, shorter sales cycles, and faster adoption of technology among the top outcomes.

To earn this Cisco certification, you must pass the following exam(s):

810-403 OUTCOMES

This exam tests a candidate's knowledge and skills related to selling technology services and solutions with a business outcome focus. Questions cover essential capabilities to grow pipeline and revenue through work across sales stages from "Prospect" through "Close".

 

820-424 BTASBVA

This exam tests a candidate's knowledge and core skills to successfully execute solutions- and outcome-based selling.

Cisco Specialist certifications are valid for two years. To recertify, pass ONE of the following before the certification expiration date:

  • Executing Cisco Advanced Business Value Analysis and Design Techniques (840-425 BTEABVD) or
  • Applying Cisco Specialized Business Value Analysis Skills (820-424 BTASBVA) exam
