To enable the MSE services, follow these steps:
Step 1 Launch the MSE admin user interface.
To launch the MSE admin user interface, type https://mseip/mseui in the Web browser or you can launch it from the Cisco Prime Infrastructure (PI) by clicking the MSE name link from Services > Mobility Services Engines page. The MSE admin UI is displayed only if you have selected the MSE Admin View check box in Administration > User Preference page.
Step 2 Enter the username and password and click Sign In.
The MSE Admin UI home page appears. All the available MSE services are listed under the Services group box in the Home page.
Step 3 Enable the CMX Connect & Engage Service.
To associate location or Context Aware Service (CAS) MSE with the Connect and Engage MSE, follow these steps:
Step 3 Choose CONNECT AND ENGAGE > Setup from the left sidebar menu.
Note The Connect and Engage menu is displayed only if you have enabled the CMX Connect and Engage Service.
Step 4 Click Add CAS MSE to add the location MSE that you will be using with the Connect and Engage and configure the following:
The CMX connect and engage system will get the maps and location data from the selected location MSE.
To log into the CMX Connect & Engage user interface, follow these steps:
Step 1 Log into MSE admin UI using the Username and Password.
Step 2 In the Apps group box, click CMX Connect & Engage.
The CMX Connect & Engage user interface Login page appears.
Step 3 Enter the username and password. The default username and password is admin/admin.
