Added a tip to the "Provisioning Reserving Incoming Bandwidth" section on page 42 to provide a link to detailed descriptions of the parameters that are used with the rttrnkgrp, rttrnk, and rtlist components.

Updated the values and description of the DCHAN parameter SUBUNIT in the "Planning for D-Channels" section on page 2-36 and "D Channel" section on page A-13.

In Appendix A, "Components, Processes, and Properties" deleted the property GWDefaultCodecString and added the new properties DummyAudioCodecString, DummyVideoCodecString, GWDefaultAudioCodecString, and GWDefaultVideoCodecString.

Added or updated several properties in Appendix A "Components, Processes, and Properties." These include IsdnNSF, UnsolicitedNotifyMethod, InhibitPassOn, CallHoldInterworkingEnabled, RedirNumForAnalysis, UseGtdCalledPartyNumber, MidCallCodecSelect, and H248GatewayReserveValue.

Updated the code information in the "Modifying an MGCP Signaling Service Property" section on page 21.
