In a multinode system, you can sign in to any node through MeetingPlace Conference Manager and see a list of all of the meetings on every node in the system.

Tip One node is equal to one Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Application Server.

Before You Begin

This task applies to deployments configured for WebEx-driven user management.

You must have either System Manager or Attendant privileges.

If you have not opened the application, double-click the meetingmanager.jnlp icon on your desktop.

Make sure that your version of Conference Manager is the same or greater than the server that you are trying to access.

Procedure

Step 1 Select a server from the Server Name column.

Note This server determines the current server time that you see in the main Conference Manager panel.

Step 2 Select Sign in.

If you did not enter your username and password when you added the server, the Sign in to Server window displays. Enter your username and password information and then select Sign in.

After you sign in, the Search For Meetings page displays with a list of all active meetings currently on the system.

Note Subject information is not transmitted from Cisco WebEx to Conference Manager. As a result, the Subject column displays the last name of the meeting scheduler rather than the meeting subject.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you cannot sign in to a server due to a username or password that was incorrectly saved, edit the server information. See Editing an Existing Server in the Modifying the List of Available Servers in MeetingPlace Conference Manager module for instructions.

If you unsuccessfully try to sign in to the same server three times, contact the system administrator of the Application Server to unlock your profile.
