Accessible Availability Icons

Accessible availability icons use grayscale coloring and badging to convey availability status to visually impaired users.

To use accessible icons, select View > Accessible presence.

The following table shows standard and accessible icons in Cisco Jabber for Windows:

Shortcuts

You can use the following keyboard shortcuts for incoming calls:

Operation Keyboard Shortcut
Answer Call CTRL + L
Decline Call CTRL + D

You can use the following keyboard shortcuts for active calls:

Enter / Exit Full Screen Video CTRL + SHIFT + F
Show / Hide Self Video Window CTRL + SHIFT + B
Increase Volume CTRL + SHIFT + Up Arrow when system volume settings are selected.
Decrease Volume CTRL + SHIFT + Down Arrow when system volume settings are selected.
Mute / Unmute Active Call CTRL + Down Arrow
Hold Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
Transfer Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
Stop my Video / Start video Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
Conference Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
Chat Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
Share Desktop Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
Instant Webex Meeting Tab to activate menu. Use the arrow keys to navigate menu and Enter to select.
