This template shows the performance of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) ports for the selected time period. It presents a table of half-hour counts of IVR ports in-service, ports idle, and the time HH:MM:SS (hours, minutes, seconds) that all ports were busy.
Default Sort Order: By IVR port trunk group and then by date and time.
Views: This report only has a grid view.
Grouping: by IVR Ports
Value List: Trunk
