Introduction

Cisco Mobile client software works in conjunction with Cisco Unified Mobility Advantage server software to extend Cisco enterprise communications applications and services to iPhones. Cisco Mobile is a Cisco Unified Mobile Communicator application.

System Requirements

For system requirements for client, server, and related enterprise servers, see the Compatibility Matrix at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps7270/products_device_support_tables_list.html.

New and Changed Information

In certain environments with hybrid Cisco Unified MeetingPlace and Cisco WebEx deployments, cross-launching of the WebEx meeting application was supported when Release 7.1.3 shipped but is no longer supported.

Users can still join meetings using audio.

Voice messages downloaded before an upgrade to 7.1.5 are not supported by iOS 4.3 and later.
Cisco Mobile redownloads voice messages in a supported format when users upgrade to version 7.1.5 in the following way: Cisco Mobile signs upgrading users out, deletes cached voice messages, and automatically redownloads voice messages when users sign back in with a password.

Note Reprovisioning an account after an upgrade to 7.1.5 also redownloads voice messages in a supported format. Users can do this if they receive a message that a voice message cannot play.

Limitations and Restrictions
