Is it normal for the picture to take some seconds to build up when multicasting to a PC from a Cisco TelePresence MCU?
It is perfectly normal for the picture to form over 3 to 5 seconds. This is because keyframes are not sent out on initial connection with multicasting because the Cisco TelePresence MCU has no way of knowing when a new viewer has started to watch. Therefore, the picture builds up gradually.
