Introduction

The Cisco TelePresence System Hardware Options & Upgrade Guide outlines the steps and best practices to install additional items for the Cisco TelePresence Systems 1000, 3000, and 3200 and perform an upgrade from the Cisco TelePresence System 3000 to the Cisco TelePresence System 3200.

This guide is intended primarily for installers of the Cisco TelePresence System. Site planners, network administrators, and facility maintenance personnel may also find this document useful.

Conventions

This document uses the following conventions to convey information and alert the user to conditions requiring special awareness.
