This chapter contains the procedure you use to mount and assemble a Cisco TelePresence System TX1310 65 (TX1310 65). You can mount the TX1310 65 to any of the following wall types:

  • A wall with wooden studs
  • A wall with steel studs
  • A concrete, concrete block, or brick wall

This chapter includes the following sections:

Warning Failure to provide adequate structural strength for the installation of this kit can result in serious personal injury or damage to equipment! It is the installer’s responsibility to make sure the structure to which this kit is attached can support five times the combined weight of all equipment.



Warning Exceeding the weight capacity can result in serious personal injury or damage to equipment! It is the installer’s responsibility to make sure the combined weight of all components attached to this accessory does not exceed 275 lbs (125 kg).



Caution Some TX1310 65 elements are heavy, and metal edges can be very sharp. Protect your hands and eyes from injury by wearing safety gloves and glasses.


Warning WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION CAN LEAD TO EQUIPMENT FALLING CAUSING SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT! Figure 2-1 identifies the minimum requirements for installation of display mounts onto a steel stud structure. If the structure or its components do not meet these requirements contact the mount manufacturer for specific instructions before attempting installation. It should also be noted that no other equipment should be mounted to the same stud.



Warning You must check the wall for the presence of electrical wires, conduit, or plumbing pipes before drilling. Failure to do so can cause serious personal injury or damage to equipment or property.

Preinstallation Checks

Before you install the system, you must check the display function before you fully unpack the display from the system. See the next section for more information.

Checking the Function of the 65-Inch Display Prior to Installation

Reports from installers in the field have indicated that some displays are not functional after they are shipped to the installation site. To avoid installing a non-functional display, perform a pre-installation check on the displays after you remove the cardboard overpack, but before you completely remove the display from its packaging.

To perform the display integrity check, complete the following steps:


Step 1 Remove the outer box from the display packaging.


Note You can leave the display in the rest of its packaging for this check, as long as you can access the power cord outlet and the DVI connectors on the lower part of the display.


Step 2 Look at the rear of the display. Plug the power cord into the display and a power outlet, then turn on the display.

Step 3 Check the LED on the front of the display.

  • If the LED is orange, proceed to Step 4.
  • If the LED is unlit, recheck the power cable. If this problem persists, report the problem to Cisco technical support.

Step 4 Plug a display source into the DVI input of the display.

Step 5 Check that the LED on the front of the screen is green and that the signal from the DVI source video is being displayed on the screen.

  • If the LED is green and the signal from the DVI source video displays on the screen, this procedure is complete, and this display is ready to be installed.
  • If the LED is not green, or is the signal from the DVI source video is not displayed, proceed to Step 6.

Step 6 Access factory mode on the system by completing the following steps:

a. Remove the two screws that attach the metal switch cover next to the power outlet.


Note If required, detach the power cord, then reattach it after you remove the cover.


b. Remove the metal switch cover.

c. Press the button underneath the cover to enter factory mode.

Step 7 Check the LED on the front of the screen and the display screen and perform one of the following actions:

  • If the LED on the front of the display is green, the display shows a multicolored pattern, and the Checksum data shows “15FC” on the upper left side of the screen, press the Factory Mode button again and reattach the factory mode cover. You are finished with this procedure, and this display is ready to be installed.

  • If the LED is orange, or the display remains blank, double-check the signal cable coming in to the DVI connection. If the LED remains orange, report the problem to Cisco technical support.

Note If the LED is flashing, make a note of the flashing pattern and report the pattern to Cisco technical support.



 

Required Tools and Accessories

The following tools are required to install the TX1310 65:

• 12mm socket with at least a 6-inch (15 cm) socket extension

• 7/32-inch drill bit (for wooden stud walls)


Note For more accurate drilling, a drill bit with a pilot tip is recommended.


• 1/2-inch drill bit at least 6 inches long (for drywall anchors in steel stud walls)

• 11/64-inch drill bit (to drill holes in the table for the microphone screws)


Note For more accurate drilling, a drill bit with a pilot tip is recommended.


• 1/8-inch (3 mm) drill bit to find stud edges (for steel or wooden studs) or as a pilot hole (for concrete, concrete block, or brick walls)

• 10mm drill bit (for concrete, concrete block, or brick walls)

  • 13mm socket (to install the lag screws for wooden stud walls)

• Stud finder

  • 10mm socket (with socket extension)
  • 3 mm Allen wrench with a minimum 6 inch (15 cm) extension (for installing the camera bracket)
  • #1 Phillips screw driver with long reach—8 inches (20 cm) minimum
  • #3 Phillips screw driver
  • Flat head screw driver
  • Tape measure
  • Pencil or other marking tool (to mark the wall)
  • Duct tape, or other tape (to mark the wall and to secure the cables to the underside of the cable cover)
  • Level (laser level recommended, torpedo level if laser level unavailable)
  • Uncrating tools—for example, a pry bar or crow bar
  • Cutting tool (such as tin snips) to remove the metal straps on the crate

Attaching the Mounting Bracket to a Wall With Wooden Studs

This section contains the procedure you use to mount the MSP-CSC6 mounting bracket to the wall using wooden studs.


Caution Make sure that the sheet rock (drywall) on the wall is no more than 5/8 inches thick.

To attach the mounting bracket to the wall, perform the following steps:


Step 1 Using a stud finder or other method, locate the studs in the wall.


Tip A stud finder that has a center-of-stud locator is useful for this procedure.


Step 2 Mark the location of the two studs to use for the mounting bracket.

These studs can be 16, 20, or 24 inches (40.6, 51 or 61 centimeters) apart.

Step 3 (Optional) If your stud finder has a center-of-stud locator, find the center of the stud.

Step 4 Confirm the center of the stud by drilling pilot holes into the wall with the 1/8-inch or 3mm drill bit to locate the left and right edge of the studs.

After you locate the edges, you can determine the center of the stud.

Step 5 Using the mounting bracket as a template and Figure 2-9 as a reference, measure and drill six holes as follows:

a. Drill four 7/32-inch holes in the wall that go into the center of the stud: two holes on the top rail and two holes on the bottom rail.


Note Arrange the bracket so that the row of holes are on top as shown in Figure 2-9. If you mount the bracket upside down, the mounted parts of the TX1310 65 will be too high on the wall. If the bracket has arrows, arrange the bracket so that the arrows on the vertical cross-pieces point upwards.


If required, move the vertical cross-pieces for the bracket inward to accommodate the stud location.

b. Drill two 1/2-inch holes into the sheet rock that go into the slot at each end of the top rail. These holes are not required to go into the stud.


Tip Use a level on the bracket when you measure the holes. Leveling the holes ensures that the bracket is horizontally level when it is mounted.

Step 6 Insert anchors for the two outside holes (the holes that you drilled with a 1/2-inch drill bit) by completing the following steps:

a. Using the anchors that are provided in the accessory kit, move the plastic straps on the anchor until the metal part of the anchor is parallel with the straps.

b. Push the metal part of the anchor through the two outside holes that you drilled.

c. Turn the plastic straps on the anchor so that the metal part of the anchor is flush and vertical to the inner part of the stud or wall.

d. Slide the plastic cap on the anchors until the cap is flush with the outer part of the wall.

e. Snap off the plastic straps that protrude from the wall until the anchors are flush with the wall. Push the straps from side to side to snap them off.

Step 7 Attach the mounting bracket to the studs and wall using the following fasteners:

a. Use 5/16-inch lag screws and washers for the four holes that go into the studs. Make sure that the bracket is level and that the arrow on the bracket points upward. At least two screws must go into studs .

b. Use the toggle bolts for the two outside holes that are not required to go into the stud.


Note Arrange the bracket so that the row of holes are on top as shown in Figure 2-13. If the bracket has arrows, arrange the bracket so that the arrows on the vertical cross-pieces point upwards.

Step 8 Install the metal sliders with studs and spacing strips by completing the following steps:

a. Insert two sliders into the lower slots of each horizontal railing.

b. Place the horizontal spacing strip over the inside stud of each slider.

c. Insert a screw into each end of the rail after you insert the sliders and spacing strips.

Step 9 Move the sliders and strips so that they align as closely as possible with the center of the table.

Step 10 Using duct or other tape, tape the strip between the sliders into the slot in the bracket.


Tip The tape prevents the sliders from moving when you install the light reflector.

Step 11 Continue to the “Attaching the Light Reflector, Display, and Cabinet” section to complete installation.


 

Attaching the Mounting Bracket to a Wall With Steel Studs

This section contains the procedure you use to mount the MSP-CSC6 mounting bracket to the wall using steel studs.

Before starting this procedure, be sure to read the guidelines for walls with steel studs in the “Important Warnings and Cautions” section.

To attach the mounting bracket to the wall, perform the following steps:


Step 1 Using a stud finder or other method, locate the studs in the wall.


Tip A stud finder that has a center-of-stud locator is useful for this procedure.


Step 2 Mark the location of the two studs to use for the mounting bracket.

These studs can be 16, 20, or 24 inches (40.6, 51 or 61 centimeters) apart.

Step 3 (Optional) If your stud finder has a center-of-stud locator, find the center of the stud.

Step 4 Confirm the center of the stud by drilling pilot holes into the wall with the 1/8-inch or 3mm drill bit to locate the left and right edge of the studs.

After you locate the edges, you can determine the center of the stud.

Step 5 Using the mounting bracket as a template and Figure 2-16 as a reference, measure and drill six 1/2-inch holes as follows:


Tip Cisco recommends that, prior to drilling these holes, you either use a 1/2-inch drill bit with a pilot tip, or use a 1/8-inch drill bit to drill pilot holes to ensure that the holes are horizontally aligned and level.


a. Drill four holes that go into the center of the stud: two holes for the top rail and two holes on the bottom rail.


Note Arrange the bracket so that the row of holes are on top as shown in Figure 2-16. If you mount the bracket upside down, the mounted parts of the TX1310 65 will be too high on the wall. If the bracket has arrows, arrange the bracket so that the arrows on the vertical cross-pieces point upwards.


If required, move the vertical cross-pieces for the bracket inward to accommodate the stud location.

b. Drill two holes into the sheet rock that go into the slot at each end of the top rail. These holes are not required to go into the stud.


Note Use a level on the bracket when you measure the holes. Leveling the holes ensures that the bracket is horizontally level when it is mounted.

Step 6 Insert the mounting anchors into the holes that you drilled by completing the following steps:

a. Using the anchors that are provided in the accessory kit, move the plastic straps on the anchor until the metal part of the anchor is parallel with the straps.

b. Push the metal part of the anchor through the stud hole that you drilled.

Step 7 Turn the plastic straps on the anchor so that the metal part of the anchor is flush and vertical to the inner part of the stud or wall.

Step 8 Slide the plastic cap on the anchor until the cap is flush with the outer part of the wall.

Step 9 Snap off the plastic straps that protrude from the wall until the anchor assembly is flush with the wall. Push the straps from side to side to snap them off.

Step 10 Repeat Step 6 through Step 9 for the all holes in the wall.

Step 11 Attach the mounting bracket to the studs and wall using the screws and washers. At least two screws must go into studs .


Note Arrange the bracket so that the row of holes are on top as shown in Figure 2-20. If the bracket has arrows, arrange the bracket so that the arrows on the vertical cross-pieces point upwards.

Step 12 Install the metal sliders with studs and spacing strips by completing the following steps:

a. Insert two sliders into the lower slots of each horizontal railing.

b. Place the horizontal spacing strip over the inside stud of each slider.

c. Insert a screw into each end of the rail after you insert the sliders and spacing strips.

Step 13 Move the sliders and strips so that they align as closely as possible with the center of the table.

Step 14 Using duct or other tape, tape the strip between the sliders into the slot in the bracket.


Tip The tape prevents the sliders from moving when you install the light reflector.

Step 15 Continue to the “Attaching the Light Reflector, Display, and Cabinet” section to complete installation.


 

Attaching the Mounting Bracket to a Concrete, Concrete Block, or Brick Wall

This section contains the procedure you use to mount the MSP-CSC6 mounting bracket to a concrete, concrete block, or brick wall.

To attach the mounting bracket to the wall, perform the following steps:


Step 1 Measure and drill the holes in the wall by completing the following steps:

a. Using the mounting bracket as a template and Figure 2-23 as a reference, measure six 10mm holes into the wall.


Note Arrange the bracket so that the row of holes are on top as shown in Figure 2-23. If you mount the bracket upside down, the mounted parts of the TX1310 65 will be too high on the wall. If the bracket has arrows, arrange the bracket so that the arrows on the vertical cross-pieces point upwards.



Tip Use a level on the bracket when you measure the holes. Leveling the holes ensures that the bracket is horizontally level when it is mounted.

b. Using the 1/8-inch masonry drill bit, drill pilot holes to ensure that the holes are horizontally aligned and level.

c. Drill into the pilot holes using the 10mm masonry drill bit.

Drill at least 75 millimeters into the concrete or brick wall.


Note Make sure that each mounting point can withstand a pull-out force of 32 pounds (14.5 kilograms).


Step 2 Push the anchors into the holes that you drilled.

Step 3 Attach the mounting bracket to the wall using the screws and washers. Make sure that the bracket is level and that the arrow on the bracket points upward.


Note Arrange the bracket so that the row of holes are on top as shown in Figure 2-25. If the bracket has arrows, arrange the bracket so that the arrows on the vertical cross-pieces point upwards.

Step 4 Install the metal sliders with studs and spacing strips by completing the following steps:

a. Insert two sliders into the lower slots of each horizontal railing.

b. Place the horizontal spacing strip over the inside stud of each slider.

c. Insert a screw into each end of the rail after you insert the sliders and spacing strips.

Step 5 Move the sliders and strips so that they align as closely as possible with the center of the table.

Step 6 Using duct or other tape, tape the strip between the sliders into the slot in the bracket.


Tip The tape prevents the sliders from moving when you install the light reflector.

Step 7 Continue to the “Attaching the Light Reflector, Display, and Cabinet” section to complete installation.


 

Attaching the Light Reflector, Display, and Cabinet

To attach the light reflector and display to the mounting bracket, and to attach the cabinet to the wall, complete the following steps:


Step 1 Open the light reflector crate by removing four screws securing the crate, and remove the light reflector from the packaging by removing four bolts and removing the protective paper.

Step 2 Place the compliance label on the lower part of the light reflector, next to the serial number label.

Step 3 Route the cables through the lower slot of the light reflector so that they enter towards the back of the reflector.

Step 4 Lift and attach the light reflector to the bracket by completing the following steps:

a. Using at least two people, lift the light reflector using the oblong cutouts in the reflector and mount it on the studs of the metal sliders.

b. Attach the light reflector to the four inside studs of the metal sliders using the nuts and washers.


Note Be sure that you only attach the inside studs of each slider.

Step 5 Using holes in the light reflector as a template, drill holes around the perimeter of the light reflector. Use one of the following drill bits, depending on your wall type:

  • A 1/2-inch drill bit for walls with wooden or steel studs.

Note To drill the top two holes, you need a drill bit that is at least 6 inches (15 cm) long.


  • A 10mm masonry bit for concrete, concrete block or brick walls.

Use the holes in the light reflector as a template for the holes that you drill.

Step 6 Secure the light reflector to the wall by completing the following steps:

a. Perform one of the following actions, depending on your wall type:

b. Secure the light reflector to the wall with the screws and washers.

Step 7 Check the length of the microphone array cable by completing the following steps:


Caution Failure to check the length of the cable can cause the microphone array to not work properly, which causes problems with switching the camera to the active speaker.

a. Unfasten the microphone array cable from the light reflector by clipping the cable tie that attaches it to the light reflector. Route the top of the microphone array cable through the top of the light reflector.


Note Be careful that the microphone array cable does not fall behind the display while you are mounting the display. You will be connecting this cable to the microphone array in a later step.

b. Measure the length of cable between the last cable tie-wrap and the end of the microphone array cable as shown in Figure 2-35.

c. If the cable length is 22 to 24 inches (56 to 61 cm), continue to Step 8. If the cable length is shorter than 22 inches (56 cm), lengthen the amount of free cable by completing the following steps:

1. Remove the five tie-wraps that connect the cable bundle to the light reflector.


Note Remove the tie wrap at the bottom of the reflector first (callout 1 as shown in Figure 2-35); then, remove the other tie-wraps from the bottom to the top (callouts 2 through 5 in Figure 2-35).



Caution Use care when removing the tie-wraps and do not cut any of the cables in the bundle.

2. Lengthen the amount of free cable that is allowed for the microphone array cable until the length is 22 to 24 inches (56 to 61 cm).


Note Keep the amount of free cable length the same for the other cables in the bundle.


3. Reattach the cable tie-wraps to the reflector, starting from the top of the reflector and continuing to the to the bottom (callouts 5 to 1 in Figure 2-35).

Step 8 Hang the display mounting plate on the metal sliders, then attach the outer studs of each slider to the mounting plate using the screws and washers.

Tip Take care not to pinch any of the cables in the light reflector when you install the mounting plate.



Note Make sure that the cables route through the lower slot in the light reflector.

Step 9 Attach the camera processor to the light reflector:

a. Place the processor, found with the camera in box 11, into the light reflector.

b. Attach the USB type B and DVI cables to the processor.

c. Pull the securing pin away from the light reflector and slide the processor into the processor bracket until it clicks into place, and release the securing pin. See Figure 2-38 for more information.

Step 10 Lift up the display lock on the mounting plate.

Step 11 Remove the display from its packaging.

Step 12 Remove six screws from the rear of the display, and replace with six mounting buttons (found in the mounting kit in carton #2) using hex screws. You use these buttons to hang the display onto the display mounting plate.


Note Note Do not use power tools to attach the screws, you could overtighten the screws and damage the buttons. Tighten the screws by hand until they are hand tight.

Step 13 Connect the power and signal cables to the rear of the display, and route them through the opening in the bottom of the light reflector. See Figure 2-41 for more information.

Step 14 Using at least two people (one person on each side of the display), lift the display and hang the six buttons over and into the keyhole slots in the mounting plate.


Tip Align the Cisco logo on the top center of the display with the center positional microphone in the top center of the light reflector. View the display from the side and make sure that all buttons are engaged firmly in the bracket.



Warning Take care not to pinch your fingers between the display and the metal brackets on the light reflector; these brackets fit very closely to the display.

Step 15 Reach behind the display and push down the display lock.

Step 16 Using two people, install the cabinet by completing the following steps:

a. Lean the cabinet so that the top part of it leans toward the wall.

b. Route the cables connecting to the light reflector through the center slot on top of the cabinet.

c. Slide the lower part of the cabinet so that it sits flush against the wall underneath the light reflector.

d. Ensure that the cabinet is centered in relation to the light reflector.


Note Do not pinch any cables between the cabinet and the wall.



Tip If you encounter clearance problems between the light reflector and the cabinet, rotate the screws on the cabinet feet until the cabinet is at its minimum height.


e. Install anchors to the wall in preparation for installing toggle bolts by performing the following actions:

1. Mark holes through the slots on either side of the upper part of the cabinet. See Figure 2-43 for the location of the holes. You can use any of the slots on each side.

2. Remove the cabinet.

3. Drill two 1/2-inch holes, using the marks you made in Step 1. as a guide.

4. Insert anchors into the holes drilled by completing Step 6 through Step 9 in the “Attaching the Mounting Bracket to a Wall With Steel Studs” section.

5. Replace the cabinet so that it sits flush against the wall underneath the light reflector.

Step 17 Secure the cabinet to the wall using four toggle bolts. If the gap between the cabinet and the light reflector appears uneven, raise or lower the cabinet feet.

Completing Installation and Cabling of the TX1310 65

To perform the final installation tasks and route and attach the cables for the TX1310 65, complete the steps in the following section.


Step 1 Install the codec into the cabinet by completing the following steps:

a. Unscrew the screws at the top of the codec bracket.

b. Remove the codec bracket, and mount the codec into the codec bracket.

c. Push the codec bracket back into the cabinet, inserting the two tabs at the bottom of the bracket into the corresponding slots in the cabinet, and secure the codec bracket with the two screws.


Note Arrange the codec so that its power outlet is on the left as shown in Figure 2-44.

Step 2 Install the bezel around the display by completing the following steps:

a. Using at least two people, lift and place the bezel around the perimeter of the display.

b. Lightly press the posts at each corner of the bezel.

c. Place the v-clips over the posts (four posts and clips in total) and pull the v-clips forward so that they collapse against the rear of the display. This will secure the bezel to the edges of the display.

Step 3 Attach the camera to the assembly by completing the following steps:

a. Slide the camera assembly into the metal tab above the display.

b. Secure the camera to the assembly by screwing in the cluster attachment screws.

c. Attach the three camera cables to the camera processor. See Table 2-2 for information about which connector to attach each camera cable.

Step 4 Install the speaker cover by completing the following steps:

a. Remove the speaker cover from the packaging.


Note Take caution not to damage the microphone array, which is attached to the speaker cover, when removing the wrapping material on the speaker cover.


b. Check to see if a cable loop has been placed on the inside of the speaker cover. If the loop is present, continue to Step c. If the loop is not present, take a tie-wrap and make a cable loop as shown in Figure 2-47.


Note There is a square ferrite core attached to the cable. The ferrite core is shown in Figure 2-48. Make sure that the loop is large enough to route the ferrite core through.

c. Connect the microphone array cable to the microphone array on the back of the speaker cover. The connector is underneath the foam that protects the speaker.


Caution When connecting the cable, make sure that the cable seats fully into its connector in the microphone array, and that the button on the cable is not depressed against the light bar after you insert the cable, as shown in Figure 2-48.


Note The blue light shown in Figure 2-48 is only turned on if the system is powered on.

d. Slide the cover from the top into its slot in the bezel.

Step 5 Connect the light, speaker, camera, display, and power cables as shown in Figure 2-50.


Note The audio connection for the presentation cable on the codec is different based on the cable you use for presentations. If you use a VGA-to-VGA cable, use the audio connection on the codec labeled with an icon of a computer. If you use a HGMI-to-HDMI, HDMI-to-DisplayPort, or HDMI-to-Mini DisplayPort cable, use the audio connection labeled “Aux” on the codec. Figure 2-50 shows both connections.



Note Figure 2-50 shows the connection for the optional auxiliary display. Additional auxiliary displays are not supported.

Step 6 Plug the power cord from the PDU into the power outlet in your room.


Caution Make sure that the power cord plugs are fully plugged into the PDUs, and that the PDU power cable is fully plugged into the wall outlet. Improper connections between the PDUs and the power cord plugs can cause the PDU to overheat and fail.


Tip You can use the power outlet either on the left or the right; Figure 2-51 shows both methods.

Step 7 Connect the microphones to their trays by placing each microphone on its tray and attaching it with the screws.


Note Do not use the longer 60mm screws that are included in the kit. Use the correct M4 x 10 screws as specified in Table 2-1.

Step 8 Determine the proper placement for the microphones around your table. See Figure 1-1 through Figure 1-8 in Chapter 1, “Cisco TelePresence System TX1310 65 Room Recommendations” for the correct microphone placement.

Step 9 Attach the microphones to the table by peeling the backing off the bottom of the microphone base and sticking the microphone to the table.

Step 10 Connect the microphone cables to the codec or audio/video extension unit, as shown in Figure 2-50. Then, route the cables through the opening in the bottom of the cabinet to the table, and connect to the microphones, as shown in Figure 2-53.

Step 11 Connect the VGA-to-VGA cable to the codec, using the “VGA input” connection on the codec as shown in Figure 2-50. Then, route the cables through the opening in the bottom of the cabinet to the table, and connect to the microphones, as shown in Figure 2-53.

Step 12 Place the Cisco TelePresence Touch 12 Device (CTT 12) on the table, and route the cable for the CTT 12 from the codec to the table. Connect the CTT 12 by performing the following tasks:

  • Connect one side of the Ethernet cable that is supplied with the CTT 12 to the “Network Uplink Input RJ-45” port on the rear of the device.
  • Route the Ethernet cable through the opening in the bottom of the cabinet as shown in Figure 2-53, and connect the other side of the Ethernet cable to the “To Phone” connection on the system codec.

Figure 2-54 shows the connections on the Cisco TelePresence Touch 12. See Figure 2-50 for information about the codec connections.

Step 13 Cover the cables between the table and the cabinet with the cable cover by completing the following steps:

a. Remove the cable cover from Carton 10.

a. Lay the cable cover on the floor between the table and the cabinet.

b. Place the cables into the guides on the underside of the cable cover.

c. Tape the cables into their guides using duct or other tape.

d. Turn the cable cover over so that it hides the cables.

Step 14 Bundle excess cables using the supplied zip ties. Excess cable length can be stored in the rear space in the cabinet.

Step 15 Install the two cabinet door brackets on to the light reflector using four screws for each bracket. The cabinet door brackets are located in the accessory kit.

Step 16 Attach the cabinet cover to the cabinet:

a. Insert the tabs on the bottom of the cover into the slots on the base of the cabinet.

b. Push the top of the cover into place. Tabs at the top of the cover should fit into brackets on the bottom of the light reflector, and magnets at the top of the cover should hold it in place.
