Introduction
Cisco Configuration Professional for Catalyst (Cisco CPC) is a graphical configuration application that offers simplified device configuration and management through a Web user interface.
Cisco CPC is currently supported on Cisco Catalyst 2960-L series switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960-C series switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960 Plus switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960-X series switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960-XR series switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960-CX and Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX series switches.
New Features in Cisco CPC 1.1

Physical stacking - Available only on Cisco Catalyst 2960-X Series Switches and Cisco Catalyst 2960-XR Series Switches.
Clustering - Available on all platforms supported in Cisco CPC 1.1
NetFlow
Introduces support for Cisco NetFlow, allowing you to collect IP network traffic as it enters or exits an interface.
Available on only on Cisco Catalyst 2960-X Series Switches, Cisco Catalyst 2960-XR Series Switches and Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX Series Switches.
Cisco Catalyst 2960-CX Series Switches support only NetFlow Lite.
Troubleshooting Enhancements
Allows you to troubleshoot device reachability, connectivity and data loss using Ping, Traceroute and diagnostic tests.
Available on all platforms supported in Cisco CPC 1.1
Switch Reboot
Allows you to:
Restart the switch.
Restore the device to factory defaults.
Available on all platforms supported in Cisco CPC 1.1.

Caveats
The following caveats describe unexpected behavior in Cisco Configuration Professional for Catalyst. Severity 1 caveats are the most serious caveats, severity 2 caveats are less serious, and severity 3 caveats are the least serious of these three severity levels.
Cisco Bug Search Tool
The Bug Search Tool (BST), which is the online successor to Bug Toolkit, is designed to improve the effectiveness in network risk management and device troubleshooting. The BST allows partners and customers to search for software bugs based on product, release, and keyword, and aggregates key data such as bug details, product, and version. The tool has a provision to filter bugs based on credentials to provide external and internal bug views for the search input.
