Cisco Nexus 7000/6000/5600/5500/5000 Platforms and Cisco MDS 9000 Series

Table 1-1 lists the Cisco NX-OS and SAN-OS software releases that support Cisco MDS 9000 switches, Cisco Nexus 7000 Series switches, Cisco Nexus 6000 Series switches, and Cisco Nexus 5500 and 5000 switches. We recommend that customers use the latest release of Cisco NX-OS or SAN-OS software listed in Table 1-1 .

The switches listed in Table 1-1 support the disk and tape storage products and the CNA and HBA devices listed in Table 1-2 , Table 1-3 , and Table 1-6 .
