This message appears when Clean Access Manager is unable to publish the traffic policies to all the CASes. This error condition should correct by itself on the next publish retry.

This message appears when Admin auto-logout time is not within 0 to 120 minutes. The value will be set to 120 minutes.

This message appears when there is a database error while adding to hotspot list. The operation should be retried.

While adding an Admin User the user ID that was assigned is invalid. For adding a new user it should be -1 and for updating an existing user it should be a valid ID. If the user ID is unavailable in the database then this error is thrown.

Admin User with the same name exists in the database.

Admin user update failed

Database error while updating the Admin User Entry.

Admin user deletion failed

Database error while deleting the Admin User Entry.

Invalid Admin user

Deletion of Admin User failed. The Admin User entry was NULL.

Unable to get the External Auth server while validating the Admin user account.

Checks associated to this rule are modified. For example, check1 is created with Windows XP(All), rule1 created with OS Windows XP(All) and check with check1. Later, go to check and modify the OS from Windows XP(All) to Windows Vista (All). This scenario rule 1 will show as Invalid rule.

Is not an executable test case.

While deleting the Check, SQL query cannot execute. Database error.

Explanation

Still trying to close Remote Database <REMOTE_HOST> database. Keep/Bring peer node down

This message appears when closing the remote database connections taking longer than a minute. The administrator should restart the standby service only after the remote database connections are successfully closed.

Closed connections to peer <REMOTE_HOST> database. Restart peer node to bring database in sync

This message appears when the active CAM is unable to sync data to standby CAM. This can occur when standby machine or eth1 connection is down. The remote database connections will be closed and the database sync will not happen. On seeing this message, administrator should restart the standby service.

Timeout on peer <REMOTE_HOST> database restore.

This message appears when the standby machine is unable to sync the database from active in two minutes. The remote database connections will be closed and the database sync will not happen. On seeing this message, administrator should restart the standby service.

This error appears when there is an error in the date/time format of start time of the timer.

When an API call fails because of an input error or runtime error, this message appears. The error message is appended to this.

This message appears when there is no session for this Admin user. This may happen because of session timeout. The Admin should login again.

This message appears when there is an error publishing the VLAN mapping to Clean Access Server. The operation should be retried.

This messages is shown when a link down is observed and respective out-of-band user deletion failed.

There is an error while updating the value of a guest page property with a specific name from the database table guest_page_prop.

<label> guest registration property could not be saved

While adding the guest registration info to the guest_registration_info table, if there is either an exception while executing the SQL statement or the update count after executing the SQL statement is not 1, this error message is written.

<label> guest registration property could not be updated

There is an error while updating the guest registration information with a particular label from the guest_registration_info table.

<label> guest registration property could not be removed

There is an error while removing the guest registration information with a particular label from the guest_registration_info table.

Unable to get guest page

There is an error while collecting all the guest page properties (guest_page_prop) and guest registration info (guest_registration_info).

Unable to convert guest page info to XML

After collecting the Guest information (guest page properties and registration info) there is problem converting to an XML document.

Unable to broadcast registration page

There is an error while writing the XML doc representing the guest information to a byte array output stream.

Unable to publish registration page to <IPAddress>

There is an error while publishing the guest registration page info to a Clean Access Server.

Unable to publish guest page (no secure Clean Access Server)
