Number of calls attempted and completed over the last 24 hours in each Cisco Unified CM cluster.

Summary of the batch, synthetic, and phone tests.

Summary of events across all the devices in a cluster.

High-level cluster information.

System utilization of each Cisco Unified CM node in a cluster.

Diagnostics Summary View

The Diagnostics Summary View (Operate > Diagnose > Diagnostics Summary) displays the status of monitored devices, applications, and IP phones. It also provides single-screen views that group component status at network, cluster, Cisco Unified CM, device pool, or phone level.

You can launch the following views from the Diagnostics Summary View:

Summary View

Presence View

Server View

Cluster View

UC Phone View

Gateway View

Voicemail View

The phone counts shown in the Diagnostics Summary View and Endpoint Health Summary dashlet will be in sync, with maximum of 10 minutes delay. You can also schedule cluster discovery to trigger this sync manually, if required. Cluster discovery will also resync the registration status for all phones. If cluster discovery is not scheduled manually, this would be synched as part of nightly cluster discovery.

Note Portlets are limited to 20 records in the default view. You can maximize the portlet to view 100 records. If required, you can export the CSV file to view all the records.

You can arrange the portlets in the Diagnostics Summary View using the Change Layout option (under the tool icon).

In MSP mode, Diagnostics Summary View displays inventory, fault and performance statistics for a specific customer. From Home page, go to Customer Summary dashboard, click Customer quick view, and cross-launch Diagnostics View.

The PSTN Trunk Summary portlet displays the admin status, operational status, active calls and trunk usage of E1, T1 trunks; and SIP trunk of CUBE only.

Note Ensure that you configure CUBE to get traps in Prime Collaboration.

PC receives traps from SIP trunks when a SIP trunk is inactive or busy, and a corresponding event is raised which determines the Admin Status and Operational Status. By default, the SIP Trunks Admin or Operational Status is UP. If an event is active in PC, then the SIP Trunks Admin or Operational Status is set as DOWN.

CUBE devices use OPTION PING status to check SIP Trunks status. When a SIP Trunk is busy, an SNMP trap is raised. To receive this trap PC should be configured as trap receiver in CUBE. This OPTION PING and corresponding SIP trunk busy out traps are supported in IOS version 15.2(1)T or later.
