Obtaining Documentation and Submitting a Service Request
The following instructions explain how to download the various components of the Service Control Solution from the Cisco software download center.
The Cisco Service Control Solution is composed out of several components that are available on the Cisco center for customer download. These components are:
Before downloading new software, refer to the “Compatibility Matrix” section below and read the release notes of the various components. The “Compatibility Matrix” section provides information regarding the compatibility between various Service Control components and versions. These guidelines must be adhered to when installing new software.
After you have downloaded the new software, see the Installation Guide located in the Cisco SCA BB package for a step-by-step description of how to install the solution.
The following tables provides the compatibility information for the various components of the Service Control Solution:
For each SCA BB revision, the list of compatible versions of the Cisco SCOS, Cisco SCMS CM, Cisco SCA Reporter and Cisco SCMS SM are listed.
We recommend using the latest revision available for each category unless otherwise noted.
Note The Cisco SCE8000-32xGBE is only supported in cascade topology.
