With Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) 8.5(3), the Agent Not Ready Detail report shows no data in CUIC reporting. The Agent Not Ready Detail report defaults to the Real-Time database in the standard report and this report is dependent on Historical data. This works fine in scenarios where the HDS and AW or Real-Time and historical database are on the same server. But, in large deployments where they may be on different servers that the realtime views of the historical data will not work. So if you use a large deployment model where the real time data is separated, they are pointed to a AWDB that has no HDS to reference.

For a possible fix, refer to Cisco bug ID CSCty07532 (registered customers only) for more information.

As a workaround, complete these steps:

  1. Export the report definition. Choose Report Definitions > Select > Export.

  2. Delete the report and report the definition from CUIC.

  3. Re-import the exported report definition back. ChooseReport Definitions > Import and choose the exported definition. Choose the Historical Data Source during import.

This would allow you to run the stock report against the historical database.
