delete an agent from Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM), the
Failed to update the database error message

Complete these steps:
On an Admin Workstation, launch Configuration
Choose Options > Application Object
Enter the password when prompted.
If you receive the same error when trying to re-add a deleted agent,
make sure that the agent is permanently deleted from the Deleted Objects Person
List Miscellaneous Tools > Deleted
