Configure SRST to Forward Calls No-Answer to Voice Mail
In order to allow SRST user access to voice mail, configure these parameters
on the SRST gateway:
dialplan-pattern 1 9195014... extension-length 4
voicemail 914085011600 !--- Enables SRST users to check their voice mail box
call-forward busy 914085011600 !--- 1600 corresponds to the pilot number for Unity !--- configured in Unified CallManager
call-forward noan 914085011600 timeout 10
Note: This example includes the full E164 number (which includes 9) and
assumes the PSTN delivers full 10-digit numbers.
The calling number is determined based on how your dial plan is configured.
In this example, when the remote branch router fails over to SRST, the full
E164 number is sent as the calling number for voice mail calls. When Unity receives
this number, it generate the general Opening Greeting announcement (and does
not prompt the user to enter their PIN number to sign in).
