This document describes a problem encountered when Cisco Jabber for Windows is connected to Cisco Unity Connection in order to show and play voicemail messages. A solution to the problem is also described.
When you use Cisco Jabber for Windows, the voicemail icon appears with a negative value:
Complete these steps in order to resolve the problem:
- Exit Cisco Jabber for Windows.
- Navigate to C: > Users > <user> > AppData > Local > Cisco > Unified Communications > Jabber > Voicemail.
- Delete the Voicemail folder.
- Start Cisco Jabber for Windows and log in. The problem should now be resolved.
