Forgot Username or Password for ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection

Q. What do I do if I forget my username or password for ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection?

A. If you forgot your login username, please check the welcome email sent to you or contact the Small Business Support Center to have the username resent.

Note: The welcome email only contains the default login information.

If you have the username but forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login screen of ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection and specify this information:

  • ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection username

  • Registered email address

A new password is sent to your registered email address. If you don't know what email address was registered with ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection, contact the Small Business Support Center and provide this information:

  • Requestor

  • Requestor's email address

  • Managed domain
