How to use the Approved Senders feature of ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection?

Q. How to use the Approved Senders feature of ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection?A.
You can use the Approved Senders feature to accept emails coming from specific domains or email addresses. To use this feature, add a domain or an email address to the Approved Senders list:
1. Open the ProtectLink Gateway console and click Security Protection tab > Email Protection.
2. Click Approved Senders on the side menu.
3. Select the domain to which the approved sender will be added. You can also select All Domains.
4. Click Refresh.
5. In the Add field, enter the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) or domain (*@example.com) that you want to allow.
6. Click Approve Sender.
