Question

 What is Cisco Anti-Spam's catch rate, false-positive rate, and throughput?

The Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) and the Anti-Spam engine are optimized around minimizing false-positives.

Cisco's target is to have a false-positive rate of less than one in a million and a catch-rate of greater than 97%.

Note: Cisco Anti-Spam's throughput will vary based on how the ESAs are configured and the hardware resources available to process the required throughput.

The actual catch rate and false-positive rate will vary by region and mailflow.
