LocalDirector 410 (LDIR-410)
LocalDirector 410 can "lock up" after several hours of usage. The issue is attributed to the third interface (e.g., an Ethernet network interface card [NIC]), which is not used by the 1.x versions of LocalDirector software.
For more information, refer to Cisco bug ID CSCdk02193 (registered customers only) .
This affects LocalDirector 410 (LDIR-410) only when using software versions 1.6(6) or earlier.
This issue does not affect LocalDirector 420 (LDIR-420) or the original LocalDirector products (CA-LDIR).
After several hours of usage (depending upon network traffic) since the last reboot, the LocalDirector 410 will stop passing traffic.
This problem has been resolved in LocalDirector software version 1.6(8), available immediately through the Software Center (registered customers only) .
