Problem Description

An issue has been identified between Cisco E-Mail and Web Interaction Manager (CIM) Release 9.0(2) and Finesse Release 10.0.

Background

Finesse Release 10.0 Launched in Internet Explorer 9 Default Mode

The CIM Release 9.0(2) login page does not display correctly.

Finesse Release 10.0 Launched in Internet Explorer 9 Compatibility Mode

The CIM Release 9.0(2) login page displays with an alert message at the top of the window.

Workaround/Solution

The Collaboration Business Applications Business Unit (CBABU) teams are working to identify the root cause and provide a fix in mid-June, 2014.
