Problem Description

Meeting Room participant list and In-Session tab participant list does not get refreshed in a timely manner. This is due to an artificial limitation in the number of conference events sent to the gateways by the Conference Scheduler.

Problem Symptoms

The actual participants in a meeting are not reflected correctly in the participant list.

Workaround/Solution

WORKAROUND:

Refresh Participant list in Cico MeetingPlace Web:

  1. In the MeetingRoom select Help, Show Diagnostics Log.

  2. In the MeetingRoom Diagnostics window, scroll down to the bottom and click the Reload Participant List link.

  3. Close the MeetingRoom Diagnostics window.

SOLUTION:

A ConfSchd hot fix for 5.0.2ab and 5.1.1d is available that removes the limitation described in the problem summary. Contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center to apply this hot fix.
