Problem Description

Transfer and Hold functions on a Cisco IP phone do not work with MeetingPlace IP.

Problem Symptoms

Cannot transfer a caller into a Cisco MeetingPlace conference or put Cisco MeetingPlace on hold if the call is placed through Cisco MeetingPlace IP.

Workaround/Solution

WORKAROUND:

None

SOLUTION:

A hot fix is available. Contact Cisco MeetingPlace Support (TAC) to apply this hot fix that consists of:

  • 5.1.0z cpserver

  • 5.1.0z irc3fw.bin

  • 5.1.0z cptester

  • 4.2.7.13 or above Cisco MeetingPlace IP Gateway
