Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.
If a user schedules an immediate public meeting and end it, then the user will not be able to add polls for future public meetings. This issue only occurs in a DMZ architecture C environment.
Users will not be able to add polls to a future public meeting.
Restart the MeetingPlace Agent on the external machine.
A hot fix, FA00241, is available for download from CCO. This fix will also be incorporated in future releases.
Download the FA00241 hot fix from CSRC and unzip the contents to a temporary folder.
Locate the WPMeetingStatus.asp file in the :\Latitude\mpweb\scripts folder on both the internal and external server and rename the file to WPMeetingStatus.asp.old
Copy the new WPMeetingStatus.asp file to the :\Latitude\mpweb\scripts for both the internal and external server
Restart both the internal and external machine.
