Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

If you attempt to reschedule a past meeting by dragging and dropping it into a future time slot in the calendar, a pop-up window will display an error stating that a past meeting cannot be rescheduled. However, when this window is closed the user will get a script error.

Note:?Rescheduling past MeetingPlace meetings is not supported.

Problem Symptoms

When rescheduling a past meeting, user gets a script error.

Workaround/Solution

This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.7.67 hotfix available on CSRC.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Copy setup.exe and upgrade.exe to the \latitude\mpweb\mpoutlook folder.

  2. Have end-users install by running the setup.exe program (new users) or by clicking the upgrade link on the MeetingPlace for Outlook scheduling form (existing users).

  3. Make sure to restart Microsoft Outlook after upgrading.
