When a user schedules a meeting MeetingPlace meeting with a subject line that is more then 17 characters, MeetingPlace will prompt the user with the following message:

The text you entered in the brief description field is too long to be used as the name for a MeetingPlace meeting. Would you like to go back and shorten it to 17 characters or less so the full text will be used as the MeetingPlace name?

There are no problems when the user chooses "No". The confusion arises when the user chooses "Yes". The user will receive the following prompt message when they choose "Yes".

Unable to initialize connection data to MeetingPlace SDK

The message is harmless and can be disregarded.

Problem Symptoms
