Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

From Outlook, when you attempt to reschedule a recurring meeting by changing the start time with one or more instances of the chain in the past, you will get error 22595 stating 'Session information provided is stale'. Your Outlook meeting chain will be rescheduled to the new time in your calendar, however it will be disassociated from the MeetingPlace meeting and will remain at the originally scheduled time.

Problem Symptoms

MeetingPlace recurring meetings become unusable.


This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook hot fix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Copy MPOLInc.asp to \latitude\mpweb\scripts\

  2. Copy MPOLScripts.js to \latitude\mpweb\jslib\

  3. Coordinate with MeetingPlace Professional Services if applicable.
