If the Windows control panel, regional options, local setting is set to a European city and you schedule a meeting using Outlook, you may receive an error message stating that the 'Time for meeting has already passed...'
End user is unable to schedule meetings
This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 126.96.36.199 hot fix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.
Copy MPOLSchedule.htm to \latitude\mpweb\template\ folder.
Copy MPChkAvail.asp to \latitude\mpweb\scripts\ folder.
May be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.
Coordinate with MeetingPlace Professional Services if applicable.
