Problem Description

Note: This Field Notice is a legacy Latitude Field Notice that has been converted to the Cisco format so the information would remain available to their customers.

After scheduling a recurring meetingplace meeting and disassociating one instance, if you re-associate the meeting by choosing option "Make this a MeetingPlace meeting". Before sending the update to invitees, if the scheduler tries to add a meeting ID, he receives a script error.

Problem Symptoms

Scheduler comes across script errors when entering a meeting ID. .

Workaround/Solution

This issue has been fixed in MeetingPlace Outlook 4.2.5.30 hot fix. Download the hot fix from the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook software page.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Copy MPOLSchedule.htm to \latitude\mpweb\Template\ folder.

  2. Run ConfigClients.exe. Save and close.

  3. May be necessary to restart MeetingPlace Agent service if template caching is turned on.
