How can I find the number of users in Cisco Unified Contact Center
A. You can try these to find the number of users in UCCE:
In order to find the list of users in the UserListTool, use this
select count(*)as Users from User_Group Where CustomerDefinitionID > 0
In order to find the list of Agents, use this command:
select count(*)as Agents from t_Agent where SupervisorAgent = 'N'
In order to find the list of Supervisors, use this command:
select count(*)as Supervisors from t_Agent where SupervisorAgent = 'Y'
Is UCCE 8.0 and 8.5 SIP dialer supported with Cisco Unified Border
