This document describes how to identify and resolve a power supply failure for an TelePresence EX90 system.

The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
A failed power supply might be the cause of an TelePresence EX90 system that fails to power on.
With the EX90 system connected to the power supply, and the power supply connected to power, note the color of the LED on the power supply. If the power supply operates normally, it has a blue LED as shown in this image:
If the power supply has failed, the power supply does not have the blue LED lit as shown in this image:
This issue was identified in a previous model power supply, FSP150-AHAN1, and was resolved in a later model, FSP150AHAN1-VR. If you have an EX90 system with a previous model power supply (FSP150-AHAN1) and experience the described issue, then proceed to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Cisco Technical Support for a power supply replacement. The part number for the EX90 power supply is PSU-EX90=.
