This article relates to the Cisco TelePresence System Codec C90, Cisco TelePresence System Codec C60, Cisco TelePresence System Codec C40 and Cisco TelePresence System EX90 products.

Q. The audio on the dual stream is out of sync with the dual stream video using the TANDBERG Codec, why?

A. This answer is valid for the following products:

TANDBERG EX90

TANDBERG Codec C20

TANDBERG Codec C40

TANDBERG Codec C60

TANDBERG Codec C90

TelePresence Product do not support lipsync (syncronizing audio and video) on the dual channel. The audio will only be synchronized with the main stream. Currently lipsync for the second stream is not supported by the H.239 standard defining dual streams for H.323.
