Q. What can I do if I am having issues with clarity and volume when using the Cordless Internet Telephony Kit?

A.

Clarity and volume concerns with the CIT400 can be due to speaker settings on the PC and/or sound settings on the Handset. To resolve clarity and volume concerns, refer to the steps below.?

Step 1:
Click MENU on the Handset.??

Step 2:
Click the middle cursor and select Settings.?

Step 3:
Once the Settings screen appears, select Tones.?

Step 4:
When the Tones screen appears, select Ring Volume.??

Step 5:
Adjust the volume to your preference.
