Introduction
This document describes the problem that occurs when Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA) shows no data in Network Health Overview Page.
Background Information
The Cisco PCA dashboards help you to monitor your network and provide near real-time information about the core Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and TelePresence components. The dashboards enable you to monitor the system health.
For example you can view the these Dashboards:
1. Cluster Health Summary
2. Endpoint Registration Summary
3. Availability Summary
4. Alarm Dashboard
5. Utilization Monitor
6. Performance Dashboards
Symptoms
Cisco PCA does not show data in Network Health Overview Page for globaladmin user. It shows the data for other users. Issue is seen on PCA 11.0, 11.1 and PCA 11.5. See here:
Cause/Problem Description
Cisco PCA does not show data in Network Health Overview Page for globaladmin user. It shows the data for other users.
Solution
1. The PCA version used is 11.0.11.1 or 11.5.
2. Cisco PCA did not show any data in Network Health Overview Page (Monitor > System View for PCA 11.0 and 11.1) for globaladmin user.
3. Apply the workaround and back up the current globaladmin profile.
4. Rename globaladmin profile folder under this path: /opt/emms/emsam/conf/wapcontext/wap/datastore/emsam/xml/prefs/
Procedure:
[root@varusrin-pca116 ~]# cd /opt/emms/emsam/conf/wapcontext/wap/datastore/emsam/xml/prefs/

5. Re-login again and access Monitor > System View (PCA 11.0 and PCA 11.1) or Network Health Overview Page (PCA 11.5). Network Health Overview Page shows all the Dashlets.
