Compliance with Applicable Laws; Export Control Laws. Your use of the Protocol is governed by all applicable federal, state and local laws. You acknowledge that the Protocol is subject to export controls under the laws of the United States. You shall comply with such laws and agree not to knowingly export, re-export or transfer the Protocol without first obtaining all required United States authorizations or licenses.
